I've been wearing these boots for a month now. Comfortable and easy to remove at TSA if you fly much.

Just received my second pair of boots. I like the quality sewn into every stitch, the durability while hunting and no muscle fatigue at the end of the day.

I need a new pair of boots for work and a friend of mine wears the Outback boots. I decided to order up a pair. These Rocky Outbacks have never made it to work. I wear these boots all the time when I’m not on the job site. I would say these are the most comfortable pair I have ever owned. Just give them about 2 weeks for break in.

I’ve worn these for about three years and counting. Very quick to break in, worn year-round at work in the office and in the field. The leather and waterproofing have withstood it all and I’m only considering replacing them (with the same boot) because the soles are getting worn out. Fit is true to size and traction is good without causing stumbling.

I love these boots! I purchased them for light hiking and general use. I wasn't sure how they would fit so I purchased a 1/2 larger than I normally get for thicker socks. I really didn't need to get the larger size as the fit is true to size. Even with the larger size, these boots are super comfy for my WIDE feet. I'm big fan of top-siders and these boots are even more comfortable than my top-siders with the added bonus of a better/agressive tread, excellent footbed and shock absorption. I added Nikwax waterproofing for Gore-Tex to the leather and I've had no issues with rain/water. A truly comfortable Welly boot!

My job forced me to buy boots. I've worn normal shoes for a long time. Working outside at least half of the day, these are very comfortable. Keep my feet dry, and are pretty flexible for a boot. No complaints here.

I bought these boots about a month ago and love the fit, feel, and weightlessness of the boot. They are high quality and will withstand my work environment

I bought them a few weeks ago. I’ve worn them on the construction site every day. Comfortable and waterproof. I own two other versions of this boot, both lace ups. I ordered wides and the lace ups are wide as expected. These are not as wide but still wearable. Hopefully they will stretch with wear and as treatment softens the leather.

Came in quickly & great quality. True to size. Felt broke in the first time I wore them.

I placed my order for these boots based on the information & 6 images provided on Sheplers Product Detail Page. 4 of these images clearly show a very distinctive 2-Tone shading of the leather. The moc-toe section, the vamp, the counter & the pull straps are all the same shade of, (what I would describe as), distressed Mid-Tan. By contrast, the shaft & collar of the boot are a darker, much richer shade of, (what I would describe as), Dark Tan or burnt orange. When my order finally arrived, I could not believe the colour of the boots sent to me. They were the drabbest looking dull, monotone, “boring” brown boots imaginable. They could only be described as “an extremely poor cousin” & a totally unacceptable “substitute” for the vibrant 2-Tone “version” of boot that Sheplers are promoting on their Product Detail Page. Furthermore, on the top outer face of the shaft of the boots there is supposed to be a small metal “ROCKY” name tag attached. There is no evidence to suggest that there ever was one on these boots. I cannot believe that ROCKY would risk their good reputation with this down-graded copy of a fine boot, but I will be returning mine. Over the past few weeks since I received the boots, I have done some further searching online & found these same vibrant “2-Tone Tan” Boots displayed on 5 other websites, (excluding Sheplers). I have also found the monotone “Dull & Drab” version on 3 other websites. In each case, their descriptions are similar; they are both described simply as being “Brown” in colour; there is only a few dollars difference in price; they both have the exact same Product Code RKS 0255. Finally, I have compared the images of the “2-Tone Tan” Boot from the 6 websites, (in total) & I have done so on 7 different monitors & the 2-Tone colours are identical. I have also done the exact same comparison with the “Dull & Drab Brown” Boot images from the other 3 websites using 7 monitors & the monotone brown images are also identical. So there is no colour calibration error with the screens & no seller can claim that the “2-Tone Tan” appearance of this Rocky Boot is an illusion on your screen & that the boot, in reality, is a “Dull & Drab Brown”. So, to any other customers thinking of buying these boots, be careful where you order from because, “What you see is probably not what you will get”.

I got mine today I love them when I put them on it doesn’t feel too loose it feel like like your typical everyday footwear I’m so happy I made the decision of getting this

I am turkey hunting guide in the hills of Kentucky and I average 7 miles a day through creeks, up hills and in uneven sometimes rocky terrain. These boots are very comfortable, lightweight, and 100% waterproof as advertised! I have rearely foud a boot that didn't fault in some way and I have certainly found the perfect boot now. I never worry about my feet, I just focus on the birds.

Absolutely OVER cheesy "hiking" boots built to look cool that won't stay tied and then fall apart, and heavy work boots with slippery soles that won't give to fit. These boots are well built, light-weight, provide great traction. Broke in within a few days; are now like wearing fluffy slippers except they have proven to be tough as heck and they keep the cheat grass out of my socks. Fabulous. Love.

Fit is good and they are light. They make my feet sweat like crazy and the sole dose seem very sturdy , you can feel every rock you step on.

I have owned several pairs of these boots. They are great! Rocky stands behind them if they are not.

Had to send them back ordered in my size and they were too small I don’t have a wide foot but I’ll need a half-size bigger and get them in wide

I purchased these outback wellington boots a couple of months ago because I wanted a comfortable boot with easy on and off and waterproof features. That is exactly what I received. Perfect for yard work and motorcycle riding. I have the 6" lace up outback also so I figured these would be comfortable as the 6". They are but took a little longer to break in. Of course they don't offer the same ankle support as a lace up.

love the boots, but don't count on getting the ones in the picture (two tone) they are one shade of dark brown, not two shades. pretty misleading if ya ask me.

Boots look great but weren't steel toe so I sent them back

Just bought them and they are very comfortable but the outer sole could use some attention, they need to be thicker. Will be great for the woods but I wouldn’t want to be on concrete floors in them all day.

I bought these boots about a month ago, and I’m happy that I did. I was looking for something that was a little higher than my low cut casual Gore-Tex boots. With all of the rain that we have been experiencing, and the snow to soon be on the way this was a great choice for keeping dry. I walk at least four miles daily in these boots at work. They are extremely comfortable, almost as if they are walking shoes instead of boots. They also give the appearance of a dress shoe as well. My secret is no one has really noticed that I have these awesome Gore-Tex Wellington Boots underneath my khakis. Be comfortable and dry, get yourself a pair!

I HAVE A PAIR ROCKY THAT I BOTH THREE YEARS AGO AND STILL HAVE THEM .BUT THESE OUTBACK GORE-TEX WAS VERY DISAPOINTED ,THE QUALLITY IS NOT THERE AND THE CALF MESSUREMENT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE16 INCHS AND ALL IT HAD 12 INCHS ,I GAVE THEM TO MY SON .

I know everyones opinion differs. As for myself these boots are a good product, they fit the way I like, they are light and comfortable,and so far they seem to be durable. I feel like the price was fair to both Boot Barn and myself.

I bought my Rocky Outback Wellington Gortex Boots nearly 1 month ago and they are Absolutely the most Comfortable Boots I've ever put on my Feet. I've wore Boots all of my Life, and these are the Best. This is not a Sales Pitch for Rocky Boots either. If you want a Comfortable Boot the minute you put them on buy this Style. Thanks Rocky Boots. You can't beat gore-tex. Rocky is a comfortable boot also

Fit was poor and rubbed outside of both ankles. Never wore outside, returned
