Thank you for choosing Sheplers.com! If you aren't 100% satisfied, we accept returns within 60 days of purchase.

  • Returns for orders paid by Affirm or PayPal will be credited back to the original payment method, so you may re-order at your convenience.
  • Merchandise must be in as-new condition (tags, packaging intact, unwashed, unworn) and no monogramed merchandise returns will be accepted.
  • We will only accept boot returns if the soles are unscratched and in as-new condition. We recommend trying on boots in a carpeted area to prevent scratching.

  1. By Mail

    It's easy to return your item by printing your own prepaid UPS shipping label. A handling fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund.

    If you do not wish to use the prepaid UPS return label, please send your returns directly to:

    If your order was shipped internationally and you wish to return an item, you will be responsible for covering any applicable Cash on Delivery (COD) charges.   2. In a Boot Barn Store

    If you're near a Boot Barn store, you may bring your return into the store with no extra charge.
