Thank you for choosing Sheplers.com! If you aren' 100% satisfied, we accept returns for exchange or credit within 60 days of purchase.

Free return shipping on exchanges.

  • Returns for orders paid by Affirm or PayPal will be credited back to the original payment method, so you may re-order at your convenience.
  • Merchandise must be in as-new condition (tags, packaging intact, unwashed, unworn) and no monogramed merchandis returns will be accepted.
  • We will only accept boot returns if the soles are unscratched and in as-new condition. We recommend trying on boots in a carpeted area to prevent scratching.

  1. By Mail

    It's easy to return your item by printing your own prepaid UPS shipping label. A handling fee of $10 will be deducted from your refund - this fee will be waived for exchanges.

    If your order was shipped internationally and you wish to return an item, you will be responsible for covering any applicable Cash on Delivery (COD) charges. We also offer a convenient prepaid DHL return label. A flat fee will be deducted from your refund - for more information, please click here.

    Sheplers will gladly pay the shipping expense to send you a replacement item. Use our handy prepaid return label to exchange your item, and we will waive the $10 shipping fee.

  2. In a Boot Barn Store

    If you're near a Boot Barn store, you may bring your return or exchange into the store with no extra charge.
