DAN POST makes good quality boots, i was glad SHEPLERS carried them. i was very happy with the price .

These boots are very well made and fit perfectly. Being a biker, I feel much safer wearing these boots because when I put my feet down to stop they prevent me from sliding. Much safer. I would like to know if they are available with a different toe style and if so I would buy another pair.

I purchased these boots to replace my old Johnny Reb motorcycling boots, which I had many years service out of, and these new Dan Post boots are very comfortable, fit as described, are well constructed, good solid rubber sole, and are great to walk in, and look great.

Nice pair of boots Dan Post fit & finish look well made a little tight as most new boots are take some breaking in these will be my motorcycle riding boots so they will get a lot of wear hoping they last as long as my Boulet's only time will tell overall pleased with the boot

This is my second pair of DP work boots, they run a little small and like most god boots require a little breaking in.

This is the second set of Dan Post boots I have purchased. I find them comfortable to walk in and nice that they our water proof, makes all the difference. Bottom soles wear out rather quickly when riding my motorcycle, not dragging my feet.

One of the boots had the lining in the shaft torn where the heel slider is. It appeared to be vinyl rather than leather and the liner was some type of fabric which I don’t believe would hold up long. Boots were also fit larger than expected by maybe one size. Sent them back and got a pair of double-H boots. They were more expensive but far supported boot.

Spent two hours shoveling snow-feet stayed warm and dry. Boots are a little on the heavy side, but comfortable. Only issue- left black polish on my hands and socks. Hopefully this will diminish with time.

First pair I've owned in over 30 years. They fit great and are so comfortable. I would recommend this boot to anyone.

I've owned a number of Dan Post boots over the years and all were very comfortable. The price was right and I am very happy with this purchase.

As a chef on my feet 10 t0 12 hours per day walking on wet tile floors. These books don't slip, take food spills and clean up perfectly. Walking in the Michigan snow, they grip. I bought another pair from another company at the same time and they stink. I have over 10 pair of Dan Post boots and every pair is quality. Never ever a break-in needed.

Well, to be fair these are pretty good boots over all. However I have been spoiled by the Tony Lama 3-R boots and these Dan Post boots just are not a comfortable or good looking. When I get a new pair of boots I put them on and walk five miles. These boots were a wee bit like having Frankenstein feet. They were big and bulky and very inflexible. I used them for my work boot the next day and it was hard to make it through the work day. I will find a way to use them and wear them out I do not look forward to wearing them the way I do my Tony Lama 3-R boots. Sorry Dan Post… but Tony Lama and Laredo boots have you out classed and out comforted.

I bought them about a month ago and just put them on this week for a full days wear. Sad to say, they are about the most uncomfortable DAN POST boots that I have ever had. The boots seemed to have stretched at least one size the first day and even more the next day. Now they are just too lose to even wear.

I have been wearing Dan Post Boots for many years and they never fail me. They are built for comfort and durability.

This boot is strongly built and firm when walking. They give good support to your ankles. They are easy to put on with a smooth feel while walking.

Overall seems to be a very good product, remember the boot is still new and I only wore them once. They are a little hot so I believe that they should be made in a non-insulated version.

Heavy duty boots, built well, nice price, compfy, great looking, had a lot of compliments already. I love the fact they are waterproof which is why I bought them. Sized correctly, easy clean, tough sole, deep grooves for traction.
