These boots fit true to size and are very comfortable. I purchased the cognac color boots at the Boot Barn store, and I liked them so much that I ordered the black pair from Boot Barn online. The description says full quill ostrich, but they appear to me to be more like smooth ostrich. I prefer the more muted quills so this was not an issue for me. The ostrich leather on the foot is very soft, and the leather in the shaft of the boot is also very soft to match, making for a very comfortable boot. Both the outsole and the insole are made of leather which is traditional and should be very durable. The inside of the boots say they are made in Mexico, which has a long tradition of making quality cowboy boots. These boots are definitely very high quality and I'm very pleased with them. If you're looking for a nice pair of ostrich skin boots at a reasonable price, I would highly recommend these.
