Not durable, the top part is already falling apart and wearing through after a week of daily use. Comfortable. But not sturdy enough for work boots.

Really made a difference. Was on my feet for 9 hours in my work boots and found my inserts and flattened out wafer thin. These stayed comfortable for the next day on the track and for several ensuing sessions
