I am just a litlle "round", but I always order slim since regular is too roomy for me. most american clothes are produced for americans and years of shopping at Sheplers has given me this experience. And 4 days of transport from Wichita through Germany and Denmark and to my home in Norway - its hard to beat a delivery like that. ThM - Norway

This is really great model I am keeping with for a while! Exact sizing,quality fabrics,excellent fit and long lasting colour. For my every day use (24/7/365) they last for about a year before some holes appear on the quads area.

Love this style of Wrangler the best. Too bad it's not offered in more colors. Really fits like a charm without all the bag and droop. Great leg fit with or without boots. Good solid fabric weight without old style stiff. Highly recommend.

I have to say I started out a bit disappointed with these jeans. The fit was great, and the sizing spot on, but they offered less stretch than I'd hoped for. They were fine walking around, but very tight in the thigh and crotch when driving a desk most of the day. The material was also a bit on the harsh and scratchy side as well. My wife was in love with the cut and style and how great they looked on me though, and the more I wore them the better they got. A few washes and they are softening up nicely. They are moulding to my shape and now feel great. I've just ordered two more pairs ! ! ! They launder really well also, and if tumble dried on cool then hung by the cuffs when nearly dry _ NO IRONING REQUIRED. i bought a pair of lycra 937's hoping for more stretch, but they weren't any better in that regard, and the fit isn't anywhere near as nice (baggier in the seat). The material on them is darker and not as nice a color, but is softer. I wouldn't buy them again. They don't come out of the drier not needing ironing either. You can't buy these in Australia, and if you could they'd cost three times as much. Even with the postage nearly doubling the cost, they are still better value than similar quality leans over here.

My husband is pleased with these jeans, they are a slim fit, but still plenty confortable. The cotton/polyester is nice for washing as it retains the colors better than cotton. Sheplers sent them right away in time for Christmas.

I did have to return the first pair that I ordered because they were too big but that's because of my weight loss. The second pair fits sign and I really like the stretch. They did not become too loose at all. They stayed snug but still stretched. I have had jeans that were stretch that after about an hour of wearing them they begin to just kind of hang there. These jeans don't. Love them.

Unlike most jeans (e.g. all Levis), these jeans have a longer rise, perfect for someone like myself who prefers the waistband to be somewhere nearer my actual waist! The slim fit looks better on my thin frame (at least my wife says so), and the slight stretch adds more comfort.

A real disappointment - stitching around the fly is faulty on both pairs I purchased, and the denim is very poor. I didn't know Wrangler could produce such rubbish and it's disappointing Sheplers shipped faulty products. I won't be purchasing from Sheplers again.

I ordered three pair of these jeans and I am very unhappy with them. The right leg seams on BOTH of the denim jeans were crooked. The inside seam is almost in line with my heel and the outside seam is in line with my toes. I bought these for dress jeans and they cannot be worn for that purpose as the defect is quite noticeable. The leg seams on the other jeans (Black) were fine. Sheplers return policy is as follows; Sheplers.com will gladly accept your returns for exchange or credit within 90 days of purchase. Merchandise must be in as-new condition (tags, packaging intact, unwashed, unworn). They simply will not allow you to return jeans after they have been washed unfortunately, the seams did not twist until AFTER my wife washed them…they were fine when I tried them on. So, I am out the cost of the jeans. I guess I will just use them for working around the house and go find some decent jeans somewhere else..

I usually wear the 936 slim fit. I decided to try the 938 out. I loved them, the stretch gives you extra mobility. Also recently tried the retro wranglers, don't waste your money. If you like the 936 you will love the 938.

The rivets on the rear pockets are not good for sliding in on leather seats. Rivets on front can damage musical instruments such as guitars and mandolins. Restricts use on certain occasions. Rivets do not add to the ruggedness nor the appearance.

These are the only jeans I wear. Wrangler discontinued them a few years ago and I started having mine dry-cleaned so they woukld last longer. Mine were on there last legs when I saw that Wrangler revived the products. I've bouhgt 5 pairs so far and plan on stocking up for the future.

This is my second pair of strech jeans and I think they are the most comfortable jeans I´ve own. I will never give up the 100% cotton ones, mostly because they look better when they are broken in and feel great when they form to your body. With these stretch jeans you´re god to go from the start. I highly recommend them.

Definitely not true to size! In other style Wrangler Jeans I wear daily the same exact size in a slim straight stretch that I bought in this style. This style lacks 1.5” of buttoning. They are being returned!

When importing something from another country there is always a risk that the item does not live up to its description. Abolutely not the case here. Ok, the import tax was high and UPS charged $17 on top but still these Jeans were worth every penny (cent). Why can't we get such quality Wranglers over in the UK? Why can't we get the fitting? No idea, all I can say is that if you are looking for a comfortable waist size but that fit a slimmer body style you will be hard pressed to find better than these.

I showed horses for 30 plus years and always wore the stretch jeans for the comfort. I had gotten hurt really bad from a horse falling on me in 1994 and had to give up showing. Gosh, until a few weeks ago I had just been wearing whatever jeans I bought. Just thought about Sheplers and decided I'd order a few pairs and wow, love the fit and feel of these jeans. I guess I can say that I feel a little sexy in my form fitting stretch jeans. Even 2 of my sisters remarked on them. ha,ha. They said they really liked my new jeans. I guess it is okay for an almost 70 year old to say this. lol

I just love the 34 % polyester they look and feel so much better then the 2% lycra . I don't like the lycra at all then just don't give in the right places or feel as good or look as good on you I HATE them. But the 34% polyester is awesome don't ever quit making them or you will lose a customer and I have been a wrangler man forever. The Blue and Black are both awesome, keep making both and I will keep buying them .

This will be the 3rd pair I've had of these in the last 10 years. The first pair I bought finally got thin in the thigh area and gave out. Second pair is a bit faded and has a small tear in one leg, but dang are they still comfortable. Will be glad when this pair gets broke in and fit like a second skin. Even with the stretch they are still snug at the end of the day.

These jeans are great, but, I don't know where the slim is. Even as some of us age a little, we don't like "baggy pants". I have to alter every one about 1/2 inch so they fit AND look better. Otherwise, great jeans. Been wearing them 50 years or so. They fit better when they were made in USA. Sorry, but I went thru this with Wrangler about 25-30 years ago. I still but them.

If you want something that holds color better try these - These 938's have a polyester content that really helps them hold the color. Comfortable to wear as well. I use 'em for dress pants but would probably make a good working jean as well...

Excellent jeans. Comfortable fit for me as I'm over 6 foot 2 and have long legs and need a high waisted jean. Can't get them to fit over here in England. Also stretchy enough for riding the bike and dealing with bending and lifting the kids. Wear really well, usually get over a year in them. Go at the knees before going at the crotch which for me is good.

The website picture showed a crease down the front and back of the legs as they used to have on the older stretch jeans and that is why I ordered them, but these do not have the crease. I will keep them but will not order again.

Got 4 pr of these for my husband who does a lot of bending etc at work. He has worn slim fit Wranglers for over 20 years but I thought a little "give" would be nice. All four were the same size but two fit and two were huge on him. Sizing issue for sure. The other issue is that they stretch out quickly and don't bounce back so he has droopy drawers by the time he even gets to work. He does say they feel better than the regular, hold color a little better but he would order down a size next time and live with a snug fit for 30 minutes versus a droopy butt for 8 1/2 hours. You would sell out of these if they were sized properly and priced at $29.99 like they should be!

I use this as an everyday casual jean. I like that it is slightly bigger because the fabric combination does slowly shrink over time (many washings) in length & waist. I like this jean because of the more comfortable soft feel and stretch, and keeps its color.

I've bought 7 pair of this style for my husband. Though he wears a 32 in most pants, he needed a 33 waist in these. The fit is great, and, the fabric comes out of the dryer nice. I think the slight stretch helps with the fit as well as the comfort. I would definitely recommend this style.

Actually I ordered simultaneously 2 jeans of this model, one 32x32 (black) and one 32x34 (blue). Unfortunately, the difference in length is 4 inches shorter for the black jeans (for just one size !) and there's also a difference at the waist (certainly 2 inches smaller) although it should be identical...And yet the labels are correct ! I'll have to send back the black jeans.

This jean fits my body better than any other. It stretches a little, adding to a good feel. Follow washing instructions, and the color holds well (Navy & Black). I'm 5' 9" tall, slender, and weigh 162 lbs. For my most recent order, I had to order a 34" waist with the 30" inseam. I desired a 35" waist size with the 30" inseam for the most comfortable fit for me, but, that waist size hasn't been available with the 30" inseam for some time. But, they'll stretch a bit in time.

These pants are wonderful. We are both beyond 70 years and actively run our Texas black angus ranch. We wear them for all the regular ranch work constantly as well as for all dressy events. They wash and dry beautifully. They are more comfortable than the 100% cotton jeans we all wore our whole lives. They look marvelous all the time. The colors are constant, no fading. Love them.

Not so happy with Boot Barn quality control. Ordered these wrangler jeans and they sent over a pair that had different tags from outside to actual pant size. Had to call to return and get correct size. They did overnight the right size. When i received they were ok but thick threads were sticking out from pocket and leg seams. Wrangler quality control has slipped. I ordered 3 pairs by the same catalog number that Ive used for several years. Compleatly different fit,all 3 pairs. Ive already pulled the tags off and washed them to see if they would shrink, so I guess Im stuck with them. I wont be ordering from Bootbarn anymore. Very dissapointing..

My husband has worn Wranglers for over 50 yrs and has always worn the Cowboy cut rigid fabric. Now with advancing age he likes the softer feel of the Wrangler stretch. He seems to be shrinking in height so I have to cut off the 30 length but that is not problem for me because I'm a seamstress. I hope the fabric wears as well as the regular denim but we will have to wait and see. He loves the deep pockets of Wranglers and the workmanship. With advancing age there is also less patching because he doesn't do much fencing anymore. Thanks for a good produict Sheplers and Wranglers.

I have been wearing the slim-fit version (936DEN) of Wrangler's 13MWZ for most of my life. My major complaint with those jeans is that while riding, the crotch was way too tight. The Wrangler 938 Cowboy Cut jean has the same fit that I love with enough stretch to accommodate everything. After moving from 936 to 938, I'm astonished at the difference. The fabric doesn't feel as tough as that on the 936, 13MWZ, 36MWZ, or 47MWZ, but I figure that should be expected due to the polyester blend in the fabric. The same features I love including rivets on all pockets, strong double stitched outseams, and higher positioned back pockets, are all still found in these jeans. I found that purchasing one size smaller than you currently wear allows for the jeans to be tight in the seat and thigh, yet stretchy enough when you need it.

So the fabric seemed fine i liked the rise however... Sheesh this site needs to seriously give better product descriptions something like fits over the boot? When i tried these jeans on the opening were enormous it felt like i was wearing a circus tent around my ankles bottom line wrangler should introduce a high rise skinny fit.

If you can imagine going to Western Stores and not being able to find the size or the materials that you want, it has been very frustrating for us (size 36x36) no joke, but we were saved by Shelpers Wrangler slim,stretch and cowboy cut all in the same pair of pants. Don't know what we will do should they ever discontinue them, my Husband started wearing them a good long while ago and these Jeans are perfect!!!

The jeans arrived in a timely manner. I like that they are soft enough to wear right out of the drier. Because I wear a common size I have a better slection through the web site.

I don't know why they are able to make women's jeans with stretch that look like real jeans but don't seem to be able to do the same for men's. Or maybe we just haven't found them yet. My husband's word for them these is "dorky."

My second order with this company. I loved how quickly these shipped and that the pants didn't cost me an arm and a leg. I like how comfortable they are and that I can easily move around in them. Only drawback is that they don't hold up as well as I thought..I work in construction so I'm hard on clothes. But I would order again from Sheeplers.

I first visited the Amarillo store in 2001 where i purchased 2 pair of wrangler stretch jeans. Since then i have never worn any other brand name jeans, as they started to wear out in the knees I had a friend in Amarillo send me 2 more pairs. This time i ordered direct from Sheplers, and though they have doubled in price since 2001and the postage is a killer, the service from sheplers is outstanding, so much so that i have ordered another pair of western style boots, the first from 2001 are finally cactus. I love these pants. They are the only ones this cowboy will wear. Please don't ever quit selling them. I got my son changed over to them too. They are cooler in the summer than the regular wranglers.

Bought these for my boyfriend who wears the baggiest jeans. These Wrangler stretch slim fit are perfect on him. They are not too tight where he feels uncomfortable in them, but slimmer fit so he looks sharper. He can leave the baggy jeans for cleaning out the barn. I bought indigo & black. Will definitely be buying more but he is trying to lose weight so will probably go from 38 to 36 waist.

These are fantastic jeans. They fit perfect around the waist. I marked them as a little loose because for me they could still be a little tighter in the butt and legs. They are a very dark blue which I like. I've worn Wranglers my entire life and these are my favorites.

I was very disappointed in the pair I got. I hope they were miss labeled. They did not fit like any slim pant I have or tried on before. The fit like relaxed fit pants. The were big and baggy in the legs. The waist was fine but the legs were huge. I have to send them back. Then you are getting charged for that. When the pant is not a slim. Shipping it to me they are very quick.

I wear jeans on a daily basis, and I like them showy and skin tight. These Wranglers fit the bill perfectly. Only real problem with Wrangler's stretch jeans are the colors are very limited.

Finally! Something that fits!!! The slim fit jeans actually fit without having to be altered. Not being one of the kids that like to have their jeans around their ankles, it had been difficult to find jeans that actually conform to a mans body. These are great! Don't stop making them. I got these jeans for my husband and I can't tell you how many pairs of jeans he has that "fit" but don't really look nice. Something causes some men to lose their butt as they age but their waist size stays the same or increases. So jeans that fit the waist have a lot of extra material in back. These jeans come the closest to an actual great fit. He looks very nice in them. Now keep trying to come up with the perfect little old man fit! Thanks!
