These jeans are the answer to my son's long slim body! Other jeans that fit in the waist are too short in the length. These are slim enough to fit without having to bunch up the waist, and the length is longer than most other brands in the same size, giving him the length he needs with the slim waist!

I only bought one pair for my young son and that was my mistake. These are hard to find in area stores in his size. He will be getting more, just hope I luck up on another good sale price.

My 13 year old son is tall for his age and very, very thin. There aren't many companies who sell boys' size 16 with an internal waistband, especially ones that are long enough to fit him well. These were PERFECT. So happy I found Sheplers!

Based on a review I had read about the sizing of these jeans, I ordered size 12 slim for my average height 10 year old and a 10 slim for my average height 8 year old. When they put them on, I thought they were way too long, but I decided to wash and dry one pair before sending them back. I'm so glad I did, because they are PERFECT! The material is thick and very good quality; I think I've finally found some that won't get holes in the knees! They were stiff before washing them, but soften nicely once washed and dried a time or two. They are a nice slim fit, not baggy at all. My boys say they are the most comfortable jeans they've ever owned. I will buy these jeans from now on!

Sizing diferent to Australian sizes but that's okay once you work out what fits. Adjustable elastic back is a great feature. I would think the leg length is too long for most boys, but better than too short. I can always turn up the hems. Quick delivery, though I am disapointed that cheaper surface freight is no longer avaiable. I am not always in a hurry to receive the package & would appreciate the savings.

We have five skinny sons and are thrilled to find jeans that are good quality, good fitting, good value, and comfortable to wear. Our boys love them and wear them every day. When the knees eventually wear out (we pass the jeans on from son to son) we cut them off at the knee, and rehem them to make them into long shorts for the summer, extending their life even further! We also like how these are good clean denim, not the worn or dirty look that is so prevalent today.

I bought size 14 regular..perfect fit...size 12 slim...much too slim and my boy is 11 and has not an ownce of fat. he is a very slim build and these have always fit, but not in the 12...and I bought the 10 slim, which also fit perfectly. If you have a very slim size 12, I recommend go the regular. They are the best jeans ever. The kids can put small holes in the knees after 12months constant wear as opposed to target/Kmart jeans they put holes in after 1 month. (they play rough) These are the only jeans my boys have ever 'handed down'. Even faded they look great. The best jeans you can buy for boys.

I have had a hard time finding pants for my tall, skinny kid that were long enough and not giant at the waist. These are perfect and he loves them.

My son loves these jean to wear just around the house and barn as well as to show in.

Unfortunately I bought these for my son but he gained weight and they do not fit him now so they will be returned shortly for replacement. Otherwise they seemed to be a great pair of jeans.

My sons are both very slender, and therefore hard to fit -- pants that are long enough are far too big in the waist. The adjustable waist in some jeans makes them overly bulky when they're tightened, but for some reason that's not an issue in these adjustable waist Wranglers. The color (black) is deep and rich, and makes them seem dressier than other jeans. The fabric is really soft, and my younger son says they're the most comfortable jeans he's ever had. We ended up ordering a third pair, and will continue to order them as our sons grow taller!
