I had been looking for a denim jacket everywhere, but the shops in New Zealand are just not selling them so I went online and found Sheplars. The jacket arrived in less than a week even though it had to travel half way around the world and was true to description. In fact, the service was so good that I then bought three pairs of jeans which also arrived in less that a week. Brilliant!

Product sucks wrangler has gone downhill in quality in my opinion

Fits good but the button holes were too small. I was able to cut out extra stitching with out compromising anything. I think with a little use the buttons will work ok. Should have never passed quality inspection though. Oh wait, that probably didn’t happen!!

The quality of this denim jacket is very good. Fits so well just like the old jacket did. Brand new and there isn't an obnoxious smell like lots of denim does these days. I'd recommend it.

Even though I'm female, I purchased a men's jacket for the extra pockets and roomier fit. This is exactly what I wanted -- enough pockets for my gloves and other items, and roomy enough that I can wear a couple layers underneath it when riding on the trail. Wrangler jackets are really durable, too.

The inner pockets are an important feature to me. Unfortunately, the product description does not mention them. This is sad because this feature sets Wrangler apart from its competitors. Fortunately, one of the other reviewers mentioned the inner pockets, so it was a safe bet to order this as the replacement for my favorite jacket. This is the 3rd Wrangler jacket of this type I have bought in the last 40 years. That means the first two lasted 20 years each and I wear it almost daily. Hope the jacket is still available when I need another in 20 years.

I washed the jacket once and it does not fit I'm not at all overweight and I can't button the jacket.

My son had worn out the 20+ year old jacket my husband gave him and wanted another just like it with large inside pockets. The brand was no longer available so I started looking for another jean jacket of the same style with inside pockets. This was the only one I found. The price was reasonable and the service was great. We recieved a size large promptly, found the sleeves were too short, returned it and had the XL back in a few days. We couldn't be happier.

The jacket sizes run small, I normally wear a size medium in coats/jackets & shirts, the denim jacket was ordered in size medium and when it arrived I couldn't hardly get it on, I re-ordered a size large and it fits fine.

Nicely weighted denim jacket - a classic. Runs a tad small in the sizing - if a 2XL shirt fits you good, this jacket will be a little tight! Pity they dont do a 3XL - it would be perfect!

I normally wear XL. Bought this at XXL. Fits perfect. Like the inside pockets and outside hand pockets.

I bought this jacket after having purchased from another denim jacket maker. I had been completely satisfied with their brand before, but for some reason, the fit around the waist started becoming tighter and tighter until I could no longer button it comfortably and thus was in the market for a new one. I did read some of its reviews, and decided to actually order two of them, as they were saying the jacket sized small. I opted for an XL and a 2XL instead of the large that had served me so well before, figuring if the XL was still tight, I could give it to my brother for Christmas, and keep the 2XL for myself. Never in my wildest dreams did I expect that the sleeves on the 2XL would be ridiculously tight, so I had to send them both back and shop for a new jacket. Don't you know it, another denim Jacket maker also had reviews stating that the arms on their jacket were tight, so that left me with one choice, either Wrangler, or none at all. The one drawback I saw to the Wrangler jacket, as evidenced in their Q&A section, was that it did not have the inside pockets I liked so much. My guess is that's part of the price difference between it and my previous brand. After receiving my new Wrangler jacket, (in 2XL), I find it to be impeccably made to my somewhat discerning eye, and is quite comfortable. I am pleased with my purchase, and am happy to say that my arms are not constricted in it whatsoever. My only complaint is about the lack of inner pockets, as the outer pockets really have no carrying space in them for much of anything.

Good quality, heavy-weight denim. Not as well stitched as the Rugged Wear version, but a scoche roomier. Fits well, sleeves a good length for me.

I am a woman and bought this jacket because I wanted good pockets and especially the inside pockets. Pockets are something that the makers of women's clothing just don't get. Anyway, I usually wear a small in men's but the reviews said it runs small so I ordered a medium. It fit perfectly. I am thin and 5 feet 8 inches tall if that gives you an idea. Yes, the buttons were difficult at first. I washed the jacket to soften it up a bit (it did not shrink) and then I just sat in a chair and patiently buttoned and unbuttoned the jacket in my lap. Now it is a breeze to button or unbutton when it is on. The button holes just need to be stretched a bit which is normal with use. The pockets are a dream come true. The fit is just right - I think it would be uncomfortable with a heavy sweater or bulky sweatshirt underneath. But then, all I wanted was a light jacket for spring and fall weather so that is OK with me. The denim is a very good quality - really tough without being too stiff. This jacket will last decades.

The quality of the jacket is quite good. Thick broken twill denim and nice cut. Threads are hanging here and there, nothing that cannot be easily fixed. Jacket is durable and nice, while being fairly priced. But be aware, it is a little on the larger size. If you wear a medium in some other denim jacket, this one might fit you a little big like me. Seems like wrangler medium is a bit bigger that say levis medium. Im sure some hot wash and drier will fix that tho.

My husband had been looking in stores for a blue jean jacket for a while and couldn't find one. His other Wrangler one was finally showing some wear and tear after having it almost 20 years. I decided to look online for one and found the Wrangler site. Ordering couldn't have been easier. It even came in a day early. It fits perfectly and has the little pockets on the inside that he loves. He couldn't have been happier as Wrangler jackets have always been his favorite.

I purchased this jacket for a Christmas gift. After we opened it we tried to upbutton the jacket to try it on. We could ONLY UNBUTTON one of the buttons. We are not lame, weak old people. Our fear was if we foced the button out of the button holes we would tear the shank from the coat and causing a hole, not being able to repair the jacket. It was as if the button holes were sewn very small and then the button was secured on top... human hands could not have buttoned the jacket. Our fear was tearing the buttons from the jacket and then we could not return the destroyed merchandice. We loved everyting about the jacket... could not even try it on. just hope I get my money back. Thank you....

Love this old school denim jacket. They haven't changed since I was a kid, which is a good thing. They run true to size but the sleeves were about an inch longer than I expected.

I like the jacket and ware it all the time; but I had to send the first one back and pay for the shipping because the jacket ran small for the size. I normally ware a large and have never had to ship a product back if I ordered a large. This one I had to return for a XL. Otherwise everything was fine.

Its a great product. Would like to see a bigger signage on the jacket.

Nicer than expected, almost as nice as my 25 year old Wrangler denim jacket (that hasn't fit me in years, but is still hanging in my closet). Sleeve length was fine (i have long arms), but it's just a little tight around the gut - my fault - gained 13 lbs from chemo the past 2 months (Dieting/exercising - will lose the weight within a few weeks). I found out after I ordered that there is a pre-washed version of this jacket too - wish I had ordered that version but I may very slightly bleach this one to make it look a little less blue. I'm very, very happy with this purchase.

I bought my first Wrangler Denim Jacket in 1972 - it still lives. My Daughter, 12 years old, fell in love with it last year. She wore it all winter and has now claimed it. I then bought my latest one from Sheplers to replace it. At 60 years, I guess it will see me out. Just love it. Fit, colour, style, can't be beat. The fact that this jackets length is just below the waist makes it good for hand gun concealment. Others are just waist length and not good for this very useful purpose.

I've looked for this jacket for a very along time. In particular this denim jacket has two inside pockets. If you're not aware most denim jackets only come with two breast pockets and two waist pockets on the outside. I'm very please with this jacket. The fit and finish are perfect. True to size and color. Would purchase another as well as recommend.

Finally a jacket that has sleeves that fit me! I've been looking for a jean coat and the Sheplers deal was the best available. Nice fit through waist and chest as well as sleeves. Jacket has a nice "washed" look, but it doesn't feel "flimsy" at all. From what I've worn so far, I think this is a good purchase.

The jackets are a little too big but I measured exactly and found out that the size XL would have been too smal for me. I felt deeply in love with the beautiful Indigo Color.

I;ve been looking for this jacket for some time now, and I found here. It is exactly the way the were back in the day. It fits perfect, but if you intend to were a heavy shirt such as a sweatshirt under ir you may want to go a size bigger. I may be purchasing more to have my company logo embroidered on them.

I've been wearing denim jackets for thirty five years.Did not find a denim jacket in department stores that came close to the quality in the material. The inside pocket feature is also hard to find.I usally wear a large but the cut of the jacket caused me to return it for a XL. Beautiful jacket if you like denim jackets.

I like Wrangler style and this jacket only which fits to unwashed wrangler classic fit jeans. My personal cons - too small front pockets , even too small for smallest wallet.

After 20 plus years my old jacket needed replacing. Ordered online, website was good and shipping was fine , except UPS tossed package at door and left. New jacket is great fitted perfect X-large. Only thing is holes for buttons have lots of loose threads hanging, been so long since last new jacket con not remember if this is normal. Great jacket.

I have been wearing Wrangler unlined jackets since Levis quit making them. This one has a strange problem. The button holes were too small. The sewing left the hole too small to get the buttons out without tools. Otherwise, the jacket is great.

It's no secret that denim Jean jackets are hard to find these days, but Sheplers has them. In spite of the other post warning about it running small, I found it ran true to size. However, if you are truly a medium or small, then be sure your waist is also that size. These jackets ar e made to fit snug, and that's what makes them look good. Great quality and western look

Very nice well made jacket (if you don't have a big belly!), Sized about right, but sleeves could be 1/2 to 1 inch longer. It is NOT made in USA as the description says though. "Made in Mexico of US fabric".

I bought one of these from Sheplers a few years ago and have really enjoyed wearing it. It’s still looks and feels great though faded and worn. These jackets are the real deal and just get better with age. My new jacket is the same genuine quality.

This is a great buy. In my opinion it runs small so I would order a size larger ( I did and it is a perfect fit). Chest pockets are snaps the rest are buttons. All snaps would be much better as the button holes seem a little small as it is difficult to button / unbutton.

This jacket has a really nice cut and looks really good. The denim is quite rigid but after washing with fabric conditioner it now feels great. Thanks again to Sheplers and Wrangler for a great product.

Jacket size was smaller than stated with the size chart.

I use this product as a light weight coat for Fall and Spring.

I was hoping that the denim would be of higher quality, stiffer and darker in color. Pros: Fit Cons: Denim is cheap looking, blueberry blue (yikes) and not stiff at all. The thread for the stitching is too thin and does not provide enough contrast like Levi's. The way Wrangler attaches the seams is not elegant and creates a bulky edge. This is a Size M jacket Actual measurements : Chest 43.2", Back length(from top of collar) 25.9", Sleeve length (from middle of neck) 33.0" Be aware that this jacket fits more like todays size S or XS.

Bought this recently worn it a few times comfort great. Now I've got jackets for summer and winter and they look GOOD.

Well made. Much better fit than some "other" big name jackets, not sized for a underweight 10 year old. Very glad to find it has 2 inside pockets. Wish they would make this model available in more colors to match Cowboy Cut jeans.

Love their jeans & jackets. They both last & take a long time to wear out. Look good too. The only thing I don't like is the jeans & jackets I wear are made in Mexico. They were in America at one time. It's too bad that this iconic brand is now foreign made. Can't blame Sheplers for that.

When I first received the package, the jacket looked too small so I was worried it would be too tight, but it fits him perfect. He wears a Medium shirt so I bought the Medium size jacket.
