Very disappointed that I spent this much money on a pair of these & they weren’t even in the original box that they should have been. They arrived in just a white box that was filthy & a hole torn in it, I really just thought it was a box to protect the original one, Nope!! Not likely to do this again!

The plastic part that wraps around the heel digs into the side of my inner heel so I have to wear an orthotic to lift that side to clear it. My husband has similar issue with an older pair.
