Unfortunately, the boots I ordered were much too small. I wear a size 10 in other boot/shoe brands so I ordered a size 10 Thorogood boot and they were much too small. Returned for a 10-1/2 and they were much too small once again. This is a boot I’d need to buy from a store as the sizing is a little wonky. But, Boot Barn made the returns quick and easy, and the boots delivered within 3 days

My brother bought me a pair about 6 years ago for work and I just had to retire them. I put them through everything you can think of, and they stayed perfect. As long as you keep up with them as far as oil and what not they will last longer than any boot you will buy. I just bought another pair and they are amazing! Takes about a week or 2 for them to break in nicely but after that it's like wearing slippers. For the price and being American made you can not ask for a better boot. I will always buy these boots as long as they keep doing what they are doing!

I bought my boots and noticed a defect. The right boot curves to the right so i took them back and was told i would have to deal with the manufacturer. The whole reason i bought my boot at boot barn is so i didnt have to go to the manufacturer. I could have ordered them myself. I will never purchase anything from bootbarn ever again.
