Glad i opened the box before i took it home, hat was completely bent, just really bad managed, then i went in store and all their hats on display and shelfs were as damaged as that one,

Had to send back the hat due to being shipped in the wrong box and the hat had defects. I got a full refund but had to waste fuel, time, and shipping fees to get it sent back. I sent it back under the impression that it was getting swapped for one with the correct box and no defects on the hat…

Bought two of these, not at the same time, but each one ink off the leather band, soaked into the straw hat, making it blue around the brim after wearing the hat for a night of dancing
