The shape is amazing and the fitting is great with the inner leather band

Excellent quality hat and nicely formed. I ordered it online and had it shipped to the store. The process was easy and worth the wait. Shopping in store for a hat isn’t worth the time or effort one has to put into it because the hats seem to be haphazardly organized.

Great quality and looks good with just about anything. Fit is also spot on. This is my first straw cowboy hat and I’m not disappointed.

The hat was excellent quality as expected and the service was very good. I returned the hat because it was miss labeled a 7, when in actuality it was a 71/4 or 73/8. I am surprised no one had identified this issue, but maybe the hat had never been tried on before by a potential buyer. I subsequently secured a new hat directly from Stetson at a 7 and it fit perfectly. The return was processes quickly.

I love my new Stetson's Natural Hangerman Straw Western Hat! It fit perfectly, like I expected it too... since I have owned several Stetson's before... and it looked and felt as great as I also expected! The only thing I was disappointed in, was that it had a few fingerprint smudges on the brim when I got home after I opened up the box and looked the hat over... PLUS, this was the first Stetson Hat I've ordered from the Boot Barn in which my Stetson DID NOT come in it's original STETSON BOX!!! When I open the Boot Barn Shipping Box, my Stetson Hat was inside ANOTHER Boot Barn Hat Box. This was rather disappointing, even though I do not keep my hats inside these boxes... it IS nice to have the Original Stetson Hat Box!!! I have not notified the Store Manager at the location that I picked up my Order yet, but I may need to. I did ask the Manager to reshape my hat for me, but their machine was down... so, I had to wait about two weeks to finally get my new hat finished.

The Stetson Hagerman hat is beautiful. The only issue is with the band. The N in Stetson is barely visible. It’s a gift and the Stetson Company has been out of this size for several months

Excellent hat, but it didn’t come with a hat box. It ships in a protective box, but it’s a generic throwaway shipping box. I expected a Stetson box with my Stetson hat, and shops charge $15-20 just for the box. Otherwise the hat is great. Handsome, well made, and a joy to wear. Plenty of compliments despite living in a town where I have yet to see anyone else wearing a western hat.

Fit as expected. Lightweight. Comfortable. Anxious to see how it breaks in. A little wider brim and firmer than my Skyline Felt. So i do have to adjust my head a bit while driving. So far I’m very pleased.
