      great color and fit. I am 220 6'1 and athletic build I got the 44 and it fit perfect classic look i wanted. my arms are 17.2 inches and it was slightly snug but fine. my waist is 34 and i had plenty of room. not as heavy as i thought it would be

      I bought a Leather blazer from Sheplers 25 years ago and wore it to death. This one is just as comfortable and good looking as that one was. I look forward to many years of wear from this one too.

      It is a beautiful jacket-great fit and quality. I did return it only because I didn't think the color was right for me. I was expecting a much darker color. But I was so impressed that I ordered the same jackei in a different color.

      I recently bought this jacket in brown as well as one in black. I had been looking for this style for many years, but it is rare to find it, or when you do the reviews are bad from other places. I was so excited to receive them, and they were PERFECT in every way. I was a bit hesitant to buy the one, but am so glad I did as well as making the decision to buy the 2nd one at the same time. The fit was Excellent. They look great and feel wonderful ! Thank you Sheplers !

      The Scully size chart and ordering size is different to the size system on the coat ie 48R is XL and I now I know I needed an L but the chart suggested I need 48R which is XL.Black cherry colour is much paler to that shown on the Web site - Coat quality is good. [...]

      This coat runs small, including the sleeves - it is still wearable but would have liked for it to run more true to a 42R, a size in which I have many coats. The shoulders are just a wee bit tight, but only when I raise my arms, so a larger size would probably be too big.

      This is a beautifully-made jacket, however, it is not at all the color it seems to be online. It looked like a rich, dark mahogany brown, but in reality it was a reddish purple color. We returned it immediately and got a different color.

      Excellent fit, some minor complaints.

      The fit is perfect. I am slender and it feels like a custom fit for me. The red stain is a pleasant color, but blotchy, less uniform than the photo. I like it, but my wife is less crazy about the variegated dye application. The lightweight leather feels good, and I'd buy an identical second jacket in another color. The inside pockets are shallow, a minor complaint. Overall, the fit is what inspired me to keep it. Very flattering and comfortable. I was surprised at how well this fit me.

      I bought this jacket as I wanted something lightweight and stylish but gave some protection from the weather when wearing casual business attire when I travel. This jacket fit the bill to a “T” and is worth every dime I paid for it. The fit is perfect even with my athletic build. I really like that the black cherry color goes well with a slew of different color combinations than just plain black, brown, or tan jackets. I highly recommend!

      The previous review was correct. The color of the shipped blazer was far more purlpe-red than the item pictured on website. Still, very nice jacket, just too purple for my taste.

      I purchased this jacket for my husband to wear on our anniversary trip to New York to attend "Phantom of the Opera". This jacket exceeded my expectations by 100 fold. It is soft, supple, true to size and was the perfect attire. I am only saddened that I cannot find a ladies jacket to match.

      Beautiful product, but back ordered over and over until it arrived two months after ordering. Leather Scully blazer was not a 46R, but perhaps a 48T. Disappointing. Trying again, but that product was backordered 20 WEEKS! (Really, why list it in the catalog.) Nevertheless, Customer Service has been responsive, helpful, stellar -- really.
