      This a lightweight jacket..sizing runs small..a bit pricey for what it is...Scully originated in USA but the jacket tag indicates that it was made in China..disappointed because I specifically to to by products Made in the USA

      I bought this originally to wear to our company Holiday Party, which this year has a Western theme. But I love the jacket so much, now I've bought a great pair of Corral boots to go with it!

      This jacket is gorgeous and the craftsmanship is second to none. It fits small though and if you are in Canada (as I am) you will pay through the nose for customs.

      I had a fringe jacket that I bought 30 yrs ago. It was wearing out & I wanted to keep my style. couldn't find one the same so I got one I thought would make me happy. It's different but I love it it is beaded & I happen to make beaded items so it is me

      I really love this jacket, although be aware the sizing is a bit small, I got an XL (I'm an Australian size 16) and found that it was a tad bit small and i cant do the buttons up. This doesnt really bother me though because despite that it sits and fits perfectly elsewhere, and I actually think it sits better than if you could do it up.

      This is a stunning jacket and fits like a glove. That being said, it DOES run on the small size. I bought this for my mom who normally wears a size 10. Based on the other reviews encouraging sizing up, I reluctantly ordered an XL. I worried the entire time waiting for the jacket to arrive, thinking I made a mistake not ordering a large instead. Thank goddess it fit. I ordered the grape color and it is beautiful Five stars for the quality and the beautiful color, but beware of the size issues.

      This is so comfortable, great looking, great fitting. Love this jacket. It does run small, however. I would usually order a small or medium but ordered the large and it fits perfectly.

      This is a beautiful jacket but it is sized like for a child. I ordered a xxl but it is sized between a small and a medium coat. Thes foreign made clothes are made to fit tiny tiny oriental women. NOT AMERICAN WOMEN. An American XXL should be at least a 16-18 Jacket no this is more like a size 8. I want this jacket but in a normal American size.

      I loved the style and fringes but the size was my reason for returning the jackets. I normally wear XL however the waist area was too tight so I ordered a XXL and the upper area was fine but the waist area was just as snug as the XL. Tears! I wanted that jacket.

      I ordered my size and had to return it for a larger size so it does run small. High quality and can't wait to wear it as it turns colder this Fall. I specifically got it for a country show I will be in at Christmas time. I got the aqua to match my aqua cowboy boots.

      I love this jacket! Got it for my birthday and have been wearing it every chance I get to every where I go. I always get compliments from both males and females. It is a quality made, well designed garment and the color is gorgeous too. I dress it up with my long skirt and boots for western gala and dress it down with jeans and my belt with the bling bling for the horse riding clubs parties!! Either way I get attention!

      About sizing - I am a US size 6 and spent ages deciding whether to buy a size Small or Medium and chose Medium on the advice of reviews here. I probably should have gotten the small as the sleeves are too long and I will have to alter them and also the jacket is slightly large in the shoulders and tends to slip off, to be expected as I am a small frame. On the plus side the medium gives extra length in the body as the jacket is cut very short. Generally with jackets I get the best fit with a small size that fits the shoulders, and leave the jacket unbuttoned if not roomy enough in the bust. The buyers who think this jacket is cut small are mistaken, it is simply a cut not suited to larger ladies with large bust because it is meant to be very fitted. I am hoping Sheplers will get the other colours in stock - if so I will buy another in the small. Scully make this jacket also in olive, turquoise, grape, chamois, old rust as well as red, black and chocolate.

      I loved this jacket when I saw it because I am a person who really likes something different. The detailing is awesome with the conches and fringes and beadings. BUT, for me it just doesn't fit my body right to show off like I want it to. I, personally, feel that it looks best on someone that is much smaller than me (I'm generally an XL). I tried a 2X, but because of the shorter length and smaller than that normally would run, I still couldn't get the look I wanted. Maybe 30 yrs ago, I could have pulled it off well. For me, if it was more like a blazer length, it would have been perfect. Still beautiful though!

      This is the best jacket ever. It may run a tad small. Bought it in a large for a lady who wears a medium. You may want to try it on in a local store before ordering it on line. No detail is left out. You won't be disappointed. Having researched and tried on many this is the best.

      I, of course, love the jacket but... I do not think it fair that I was unable to use my 25% of coupon just because I had to purchase it online. They did not have a small in the one Shepler's we have here in town. I could only get a small online. I should really be able to get my 25% discount for this reason. Other stores have always honored coupons if the item was not available in the store.

      This jacket is absolutely superb, I cannot fault it. The quality of workmanship is outstanding and it looks lovely on. The jacket seems to fit and be as comfortable as if I have worn it for years, it is all that I hoped it would be! A job well done.

      Tan color - easy to wear, looks great with a dress, and awesome with jeans. I'm glad I had a chance to try one on before buying; I'd have bought a large but after trying one on, realized an extra large would fit better (I wear Lg/12 clothing). Loving this jacket and wearing it with just about everything, including riding my scooter around town. Sorry I didn't get one sooner.

      This jacket is beautiful. I ordered chamois, and it is lovely paired with the tourquoise beading and fringe. Beware....the sizing runs very small. I normally wear a large,(ordered an xl) but even after 1 size exchange, the xxl that I did keep was still a little snug. The exchange process went without a hitch and Shepler's customer service was very helpful. Do not hesitate to purchase, just remember to order larger than normal.

      This is a beautiful jacket, but it's not true to size. It fits smaller than it should. If I were to recommend it to a friend, I'd tell her to get a size larger than she usually does.

      It’s absolutely gorgeous however, instead of it being an XXL, it fits like a small or medium. I was very disappointed but my tiny little grandmother is enjoying it.

      This jacket looked great online but when it came the leather was not particularly soft or supple and the sizing was odd. The jacket body fit well - nicely form-fitting and flattering, but the sleeves were about an inch and a half too long. Like they were for a different size jacket. The fringe and the medallions looked good but the fit was just wrong. Sorry I had to return it.

      It’s just as pictured if not more beautiful in person. I would suggest sizing up, I’m 5’3 and 150lbs and I’m usually a small but sized up to a medium and it fits perfect. Highly recommend this jacket, it makes a great center piece in photos as well💕

      The detail on this jacket is incredible. It's even more beautiful in person. Doesn't have a crinkly sound like cheaper jackets. Unless you are a true size 2 or 4 you should order a medium. Fits great but I couldn't wear a light sweater underneath it. I may exchange for a medium but not sure yet.

      The jacket is gorgeous, but the sizes do not run true. Make sure you order one or two sizes bigger than you normally wear. The return process can take one month, so spare yourself the agony and make sure you order something that will fit. This is why I did not give this item 5 stars.

      The jacket feels good and looks great. The trim and design is so pretty. I have had compliments over and over, and asked where I purchased it. It looks good with jeans or nice slacks.Also looks great over long prarie skirts.Add a belt and go for it. Especially with layered turquoise beads and such. If you are a turquoise lover this is a must have. So many compliments also from men!!!We love that!! Thankyou Sheplers!

      This is an awesome jacket. It does run small. So if you are going to wear anything thicker than a t-shirt go up a size or two. I usually wear medium and I purchased an XL. The details, color, tassels, everything makes this a perfect addition to my western wardrobe. It is a must have for a Texas Swinger.

      The craftsmanship on this jacket is superb! I ordered a small which fit perfectly however I wouldn't have been able to wear anything underneth it like a light sweater. The medium is better for me. I love the turquoise beading and if you zoom in you can really see the incredible detail that went into making this jacket a keeper!
