The boots did not look like the ones pictured online. The color was off, buckle looked different and they look cheaply made.

These booties were for my sister. She said they fit comfy. The package arrive as scheduled, but the shoe box came all torn up. I don’t know if that’s how the box was at the warehouse or if it got destroyed during the delivery ride.

I was disappointed in the product. I was expecting more from a Roper boot. First of all they are not the color that the picture depicts. Instead of brown they are more of a tan. I suppose that’s my fault for not looking at the reviews before purchasing. Because someone else said the very same thing. Also, they look like they are cheaply made and more plastic looking than a faux leather. But on the plus side, I learned my lesson and won’t be ordering from Sheplers again as they misrepresent what they sell.

Love this boot! It’s perfect! I love the heel height and how comfortable these are. I would definitely recommend and buy again!

I never bought shoes over the Internet, but as I live in New Zealand I took the risk. Size is accurate and quality and workmanship is very good. I got then about 3 weeks ago and I wear them every day. I wish we had Boot barn in NZ. Very happy customer. Service was also great, thank you.

True to size, cute and good quality, the only issue i've seen is if your socks are not high enough the tab at the top will rub you leg and make it uncomfortable in the area.

I just got these delivered today and was a bit disappointed when I opened the box. The design is super cute and they are actually very comfortable. The color is the only complaint I have. They are much much lighter than the photo shows and the lighter color makes them look extremely cheap. I am still undecided if I will keep them or not.

I usually wear an 8 in normal shoes but a 9 in cowboy boots so I ordered a size 9 and they fit perfectly! The heels are a little slick but overall a great purchase!

Not at all what it looks like in the picture! It was a very ugly brown and looked really cheap looked like something bought off wish.

These boots are so cute, I love them. But at my age the heel was too high. So had to return them.

Disappointed. Boots had strange defect. Fir great but returned because they weren't what I was hoping for. Might reorder, hopefully its not the way the boots were made

They came a shade lighter and had barely any burnishing. Also I could see the paint they used to polish the shoe on the trim/sole on the bottom. Unfortunately I had to return them.

I choose this style boot thinking that I picked a nice choice. On upon arrival I went to open the box and to my surprise they were the wrong color nothing like the picture but more of a beige color. There was large amounts of glue around the soul and zipper part of the boot,the bottom of one of the boots look like someone took a tool and dug in it. And last but not least lets talk about the heel of both boots they both looked like someone with bigger feet bust out the hill and they tried to sew them back up by hand. One had a triangle shaped pattern to it where u can definitely tell someone tried to rework it and messed it up more, and on the other, the stitch was bunched up on it like someone puled the thread to tight. I am very disappointed. I thought that I was receiving a good quality boot but on tomorrow I will be sending this product back ASAP!!!
