So these pants are durable and quiet (obviously, that's what the description says) but, they are like sweatpants. I honestly dont like being the camo guy at Walmart but these puppies are seriously comfortable. They also have a decent amount of water resistance. Not torrential downpour resistant but like rain and wet brush is fine. I really really like these pants. If you are familiar with northface softshell this has a very similar feel. I'm thoroughly impressed with the quality and I truly feel like this and the 2 layer jacket are the flagship models of this line.

Pants are extremely comfortable and warm. Have held up to high use and no sign of wearing out.

These are rugged pants an warm for cold weather hunting

I wish I would have bought more in my size . These are my favorite hunting pants I own. I went to an area I was unfamiliar with and was walking by a creek and lost my footing and slid on my knees about 30 feet in mud .I never thought when I bought these how great those knee pads are. Well iI took out my pocket knife and scratched off the mud and one wipe later and I was clean and scent free. These pants are great for slower rain.

I wear a size 32 x 30 in Wrangler jeans, so i ordered the medium. They were unbeleivebly large. The knee pads hung to my shins, and I would have needed suspenders to keep them up. Too bad. I have used Rocky boots for years and have always been a big fan of the quality. Note to everybody.... I bought my son an insulated hunting jacket a couple years back in what the size chart reccomended and today I use it as it was huge on him. Seems that the sizing of the clothing has changed in the past few years. Quality of products are great, they just run really large

These pants are very comfortable, great camo pattern and of really good quality material.

I bought this w/ some other shirt layers as well as the matching jacket. This is by far my least favorite piece. The pants are lined and while it feels really nice and soft, the pants sort of cling and feel tight in the rear-end. Only that part feels tight, the waist is good, legs are good, etc. I feel like I have to hike them up but it doesn't help much. I will give Pro's to the pockets on the cargo area. They are great and have zippers for "sit down" access. I'm not crazy about the upper pockets tho. They just don't feel right to me. Another Pro is the camo pattern. It looks great. I decided to keep the pants and hope that I can get over the fit issues I feel they have. Maybe a base layer would make them stop feeling clingy? I have yet to take them on a hunt or into the field so I'll have to wait until fall.

I bought these pants for western hunting this fall and I’ve worn them here in the east to see if they will be worth packing out there... absolutely. These pants and my other Rocky gear will NEVER be left at home.

Full disclosure...I haven’t actually worn these pants on a hunt yet because I have to return them for a smaller size. I’m 6’3” and wear 36Wx34L jeans. I always get an XL, so did the same when I ordered these. They are HUGE on me—both waist and length. I’m returning them for the next smaller size That being said, they seem fantastic. Love the stretch fabric, styling, pockets and appearance. One concern that I have is because they have a fleece-type backing on the inside, I’m afraid that they won’t slide well over my thermal base layer. I’m concerned they will bind and that they will be constantly falling down. This is just a guess. I won’t know until I actually get to try them. Other than that unfounded assumption, they seem great! I am a 45-year-old lifelong hunter and am finally retiring my “hunting jeans” in favor of something much more comfortable and practical. Can’t wait to try them out.

These are extremely nice pants, very comfortable. A bit long.

Day one they were warm and comfy. Day two left pocket zipper broke. Day three right pocket zipper broke and pocket ripped because if it. And the hip pockets are tacked in place so they rode up against thermal layer and lost small items as a result. Not impressed by new pants. Fit is weird - small in waist and too large elsewhere. I'm athletic normal build.
