Bought this boots for work. I deliver for FedEx Gnd and on my feet all day . Had same boots before but this time around the boots started coming apart two months in. Over all good boots and I like them but quality this time was very poor.

I've had these in the past and tried some cheaper brands but nothing has been as comfortable so i thought I would go back to them for the comfort. Unfortunately Rocky has changed something because wide definitely isn't wide. I can barely even get my foot in the shoes and I ordered the wide. Not sure what they changed but obviously something Jas changed.

Poor fit around the ankle and calf area causing boot to slide.

Bought these boots 4 years ago and ready for another pair. Very light, flexible and comfortable for when your on your feet all day. Upper speed eyelets make it easy to get in and out of them. Well worth the money.

awesome boot, extremely comfortable. I would recommend buying one size smaller than what you usually wear.

Postal city letter carrier for 13 years. I go through so many boots because the soles break down really fast on most. Boots have changed quality over the years and for the price these last a little longer at about 8 months max versus 6 months from others. The soles are worn down by this time but the leather upper on the boots are still in pretty good shape so I use them for additional months for yard work.

My husband has been wearing this model of Rocky boots for years! He will not wear anything else. He started wearing them when he worked as an ET at the Postal Distribution Center and has continued to wear them even after his retirement. They wear well, are waterproof, and he has all day comfort because the sole is so comfortable. He highly recommends them.

I bought these a month ago and they feel great. It is my third pair and will keep buying them until I retire.

Been wearing Rocky's for years. Work for UPS & wore the first version of these everyday for more than 10 hours a day weekly. Just got my new pair & what happened? They Got Better....these are even more comfortable & right out of the box the comfort is unsurpassed. Thanks Rocky

Hasn't even lasted as long as my probation period. Already the thin layer of rubber on the boot's sole is wearing through to reveal that most of the boot sole is made of foam rubber. See the pics: a paper-thin layer of rubber worn through to reveal the foam underneath. Honestly, Rocky should be ashamed to produce a boot made for postal carriers who literally walk their route for a living that doesn't hold up where the rubber meets the road. To compare, I checked an old pair of Keen sandals bought well over a decade ago that still has 99% of its tread pattern intact. I was expecting maybe a year from the Rockys; it hasn't even been 3 months and the soles are wearing out. Won't be buying again.

I HAVE BOUGHT THESE BOOTS 4 DIFFERENT TIMES OVER THE LAST 12 YEARS. WHEN YOU FIND SOMETHING GREAT YOU STICK WITH IT!

I bought these boots through a postal uniform company, the sole for these boots and all rocky boots are of poor quality. For the $$$ price we pay for these boots the sole wears out before the rest of the boot is broken in. Boots should have soles that last more than 1 month. I would not recommend these boots or any other until they make a better quality rubber for the Sole.

This review is from a letter carrier perspective, as these are Postal Service approved, after 8 months of use. When I first got these boots I was very surprised and happy on how light they weighted versus my previous boots. The laces are different then ones you expect on boots. They are a cord type hard on the hads at times but are holding up. Look more dressy. The lace hooks at the top are great when taking them off after a long day. If you have orthotics, lik a lot of carriers do, you may have a fit problem. The main reason for my review is my concern over the life of the outer sole. At the eighth month mark, it doesn't look like they will last a year. I don't have a walking route and they do get normal 8 to 9 hour a day use. Overall they are a good boot but if you need them to last until your next uniform allowance, you may have issues.

I purchased these boots about a month ago and they are great.i work long hours on my feet all day and the are comfortable,light weight so you can do your job with a smile.

same shoes that i wore for over 30 years v as a letter carrier very comfortable and no foot problems after a million miles and oh yeah they are very durable

I like these boots . Very comfortable. I'm on my feet all day and they are the right choice for me. I just ordered another pair 1/2" smaller because they do come slightly bigger. I am keeping my size 10 also ,but I think the 9.5 will fit nicer. I went with medium width and have plenty of room. I am a slim build though. I didn't experience the rubbing my ankles sore feeling that I usually get with boots. Nice and flexible. I have not yet wore them in phoenix summer yet, but I am indoors mostly and they seem to breath ok so far. I have only had them a month, so we will see how long they hold up with indoor light use.
