Had to exchange for a half size bigger than I normally wear but the process was handled efficiently and quickly. Only worn them for one ride so far but I can tell I'm really going to like them. They are already breaking in and I love the zipper option!

I have wide feet that have had surgeries and hard to fit. I am pleased that these boots are comfortable and keep me safe while on the bike.

They run true to size. Customer service is awesome.

While I love how well the boots seem to be made..I had ordered a wide and it wasn't, so sadly I've got to send them back

Bought these for my wife after she recovered from auto accident in which she had trauma to both feet. Her shoe size changed dramatically and it has been difficult to find shoes and boots that fit her. These are great looking and comfortable fitting boots. Only down side is a zipper on both sides would make it easier to slip boots off and on. Other than that she is really pleased with the boots and would recommend them to everyone.

Fits well, I have wide toes and narrow ankles which makes finding shoes challenging. I purchased these in wide and they fit perfectly.
