Looked good on line but in person the finish of the leather had a cheap appearance.

Boots were comfortable from the moment I first put them on. I have nothing but good to say about the boots and the whole order process through the Boot Barn.

These are the 2nd pair of Lucchese boots I've owned. They fit great and I can walk in them all day with no discomfort. They give my Ariat's a run for their money

Best pair of boots I have ever owned. Great look and fit. Sizing was good, but as my right foot is slightly larger than the left a little break-in was required. Now they are very comfortable...wear them every chance I get.

They don't feel like Lucchese Boots. They are stiff and uncomfortable even after a week of breaking in. I love Lucchese Boots and have 12 pair and some other brands. These do not feel like $300+ boots.

I shopped for a long time before deciding on the Lucchese boots that I purchased from Sheplers. They look great and the fit is like a glove. I bought a half-size larger than my normal dress shoes, but that small amount made the difference. I am very happy.

My wife bought these boots for me as a Christmas gift to replace a pair of Lucchese Bart's that have served me well for many years. The shaft on these boots is so narrow that it was impossible to get the boot on. My size 11 D Bart's fit perfectly, but I simply could not get my foot in this boot, regardless of how hard I tried.

Good arch support and heal height 1 "3/8 I believe. could use a bit more insole cushion but fixed that with Ariot insert.

I bought these boots for a friend who did not bother to accurately measure his feet before ordering. But the boots are of the highest standards indeed, very smooth leather, excellent workmanship.

Boots are great and Shepler's service was terrific. The color of the boots was a couple of shades darker than the illustration but still okay.

My order arrived in 2 days and that was with free shipping. Boots were beautiful and my husband wore them Christmas Day and said they felt very good.

I purchased this size 13D boot set online several days ago, however; the opening (dimensions) in the shafts of the upper section of the boots are entirely too narrow and will not allow either of my feet to pass through the boot's shaft. Online merchants should advertise the dimensions in the boot's opening.

My first pair of Lucchese's and am disappointed that they are too tight. All my boots (that's all I wear) are from Sheplers and I'm disappointed that I have to pay for shipping both ways, especially at the price of these boots. With all the business I do with them one would think they would offer free returns. Am waiting for the new size to arrive and will definitely review again.

When i put these boots on the first time it was if they were tailor made they fit like second skin i am sorry i never went this direction with boots before i am totally satisfied and will order more Lucchese boots ,they are the best value boot i have ever had thank you Sheplers for giving me access to great boots on line you are the best Mike  

Can't go wrong with Lucchese! Remember when younger we always strived to buy the big "L" ?! The Lonestar Calf Cowboy Boots are perfect! Priced right and like their more $$$$ boots, the quality is just as good. Now have to save for another year to move up a few big "L" styles...

Ordered another pair of boots because of size issue before returning first pair. In hopes that I soon learn of credit for first pair

My husband was so excited to get his boots! He was like a kid a Christmas. He put them on immediately and he said they fit GREAT! He also gets compliments when he wears them. He is very pleased with this gift.

As do many others, I do a lot of shopping online. I'm almost always asked to to review the product. I never do....until now. I am inspired to do so for two reasons: first, the folks at the call center at Sheplers were terrific....very accommodating, friendly, and helpful. The first pair of boots felt a bit small, and to their recommendation I ordered another pair a half size larger with the provision that I would return the pair that didn't fit and would be credited for that pair.  As to the boots, I ordered the Lonestar pair which are among the lesser priced in order to see how much I liked wearing western boots that I have been told are very comfortable. The pair I'm now wearing are precisely that...comfortable from the beginning and great looking. Next order will be for the more expensive exotic boots.  I think the good people at Sheplers understood my strategy and were just great to work with.

I purchased these boots several weeks ago and took them on Christmas vacation. They felt so good on my feet even walking through airports. Also, I received many compliments of the book style.
