The pants are great! I like everything about the pants! The reason for only 3 stars is due to Sheplers customer service and policies. I normally wear Cinch white label jeans but wanted to try out something new. There aren't any stores near me that carry Kimes Ranch jeans for me try on to make sure I got the right size. The first pair I ordered were snug and I needed to exchange for a size up. When I called to start the exchange process, they told me that I would have to send the original pair back, wait for the money to be returned to my card, and then order another pair. They finally allowed me to return the original pants and shipped the larger size once their system verified that the originals were in transit back to them. They made sure to tell me that this was a one time event, even for exchanges, from that point on. I know I could have immediately placed an order for the different size, but these pants aren't cheap and to have to wait close to 2 weeks to be reimbursed is kind if ridiculous. Especially when I just wanted to exchange for a different size.
