      They are ok

They're ok, they're not as good as they say they are. They have a little rough on the top. The ankle it's a bug in my foot

Great boots but they could be better

This is the second pair that I have purchased, the review is based on the first pair that I bought a little less than a year ago. The good: these are the most comfortable boots/shoes that I own. My feet are very hard to fit and almost impossible to find really comfortable shoes. These fit like a glove from day one. They soles wear really well, almost no heel wear to speak of. They look good They are relatively inexpensive The bad: Less than 30 days in the little brown wavy traction bars, started coming off At about 8 months, I noticed the seams in the ankles starting to pull out, they were and still are serviceable but it is one of the reasons causing me to replace them At about 8 months, the leather started cracking in the area around the base of the big toe joint, I have oiled these multiple times. It does state "waterproof", so I am not sure that this is really doing anything. At about 9 months the heel started coming off, this happened on a trip, so I glued it back on. At 1 year, they are done. All in all it is a great boot for the money, I do wear them everyday around the farm, work and traveling but I was really hoping to get more than a year out of them. I bought a second pair because they fit my feet so well.
