The product that arrived in the mail was not what I ordered. I emailed back and they took forever to respond back and didn’t even answer my question. I have still not received my new product. Although the hat that I received was good quality, it was not what I ordered and and very displeased with this service.

Good hat, good quality. Picture and description claim the hat is brown. Its actually a mich darler chocolate brown.

Love the have--good quality and weight. Nice looking band. Fit was a little large, but I can work with that. My only negative was that the blocking was very uneven and seemed poorly done. A trip to the hat store to have it re-blocked should resolve that problem. If I could, I'd give it 4 & 1/2 stars.

Ordered online. Received shipment promptly. Unfortunately I had ordered wrong size but Sheplerd included a return label and I was able to return it for the correct size. No hassle. Perfect. Excellent quality especially for the price.

Good quality hat. Looks Great! Read other reviews before ordering and upon their advice ordered the hat slightly small and it did stretch a little and fits perfectly. Overall a very good deal.

I bought this hat to work on the farm and ranch in all types of weather and conditions. It has remained durable and comfortable even through the beating I have given it. It will keep you cool and dry, and is comfy to wear all day. This is a great hat for the price!

I bought this to wear as a part of a Halloween costume, not expecting it to be of any special quality for the price.  Boy, was I wrong!  I do have to say that either I didn't get my measurement right, or this hat runs slightly big, but other than that, I am very pleased with this hat, and will wear it proudly.  It looks great, feels good on my head, and for it's price, it is a fine quality hat.

I have 3 Cody James Hat (black, chocolate and straw) I'm very impressed. they were very easy to reshape by using steam to fit my oval head. They only thing negative i would say is the amount of hot glue used around the band .... 99.9% alcohol and a bit of patience will get the glue off

This hat is great because it is nice wool. It fits well. I love the color.

I received my order promptly. The hat is good quality for the money. The only thing is that the hat is a MUCH darker shade of brown than is depicted on the website. I didn't mind, but, I know that was mentioned in another review. I'm still satisfied with the hat, though.

Bought this as a gift for my son and the hat was so big he could put his hands Inside it in the back. The bad is good quality and looks great. He wears a 6 3/4 and although it claimed that it was more like 7 1/4

Bought this hat for the upcoming rodeo season. Its a great value, cheap yet looks just as nice as an expensive version. Sizing was fine for me, but I have a large head and like to wear my hats lower than most people...

This arrived in super fast time, in excellent condition, the fit was a little larger than expected, the colour is perfect, the band and detail is superb but is absolutely wonderful, I would definately recommend this hat!

This is a Very Nice quality hat for the money. Only wish it was more of a chocolate color. Love dealing with boot barn. Their customer service is the best! I do recommend both the hat & Boot Barn!

This Justin hat, howling wolf buckle and pueblo spirit belt makes an awsome apparrel work of art with my scully dark brown native patchwork fringed jacket and my dark brown native beaded chaps from german wear, also, with my indianvillagemall indian bone howling wolf brown choker,alternating with my dark brown beaver fur and native feather hat band derby.

I really liked the hat,but the only problem is that this brand of hat runs very large for its stated size. I had to return it for a smaller size,which is very easy to do with Sheplers easy return policy.

Great hat. Excellent value. This is my first cowboy hat. (a Bucket List item) I didn't know whether I would like it/be able to get used to wearing it but I am really enjoying it and all the nice comments I'm getting about its good looks.
