I ordered a Justin 6X Fawn-colored felt hat. I received a 4x "Taupe" (Brown) Justin off-brand. Additionally, the hat I received still had a the loss-prevention device bolted to the inside of the hat band, so even though it wasn't what I ordered, I couldn't try it on. I'll probably never try buying a hat online again.

Justin 6X hat is a bit different than the one I purchased many years ago, felt is a bit thicker and not quite as fine as my original hat; but appears to be a good hat, time will tell. Received fast shipping and delivery. Hat received without damage.
