The crown seemed short. The dent sets on the top of your head. Without head space. All in all a nice hat

Good quality for the price, durable. Fits true. I was 7-3/8” in the Army and this hat fits perfectly. Not too snug and doesn’t feel like it might fall off in the wind. I like em enough I bought an extra natural and a black for summer informal events.

I bought this hat to replace another hat that was 2 years old. The headband in my old hat was falling apart so I bought the same hat again because I liked it so much!

Since I received the hat from shipping I have worn it everyday. It has a good fit but the shape is a little different. Over all I am pleased with my purchase.

I had a terrible experience with your company. It was my first online experence and my last with you.It would appear that you have no quality assurance in your online sales. I have shopped like items in your store and ordered the same item and it was dissapointing. The hat I ordered was a travesty. the design on the crown is off center, broken in places and very shoddly done. It was not done in shipping as the package was recieved in good order. It points to your employees not checking an item when they package it. I chose not to send it back because of the fee and it is not worth my time. I will trash it and buy a quality like item from some other outlet. I buy a new stetson hat every 3 years. I buy a new straw hat every 2 years. This has been my practice for over 40 years. I bought this because I like the western style of hats when I am not on the golf course. As the years go by my hair has thinned a bit and, as per the design, this handy and attractive device, will keep me from getting a rather painful sun burn on my upper cranial regions. It also keeps its shape with normal every day use better than the higher priced western lids.

Good hat for every day chores, or relaxing. This is my second go round with the Justin 20x, and haven't been disappointed. Size fit perfectly, un like the variables you may find with more expensive hats.

I'm so happy to have Justin 20X cutter straw cowboy hats.

Overall the hat is nice and looks good. Construction seems good too. However, the shaped crown is not high enough for my head, which is hard to judge in a hat ordered on the internet. If you have a higher forehead, it's good to be able to try them on.

It has that new bend in the brim. I sent it back.

Great hat! Only problem was getting size right. It was one size smaller than my Stetson.

I llike the looks of the hat, the way it fits and the shade provided by the brim. The holes in the crown should be a good cooling feature in the summer.

I am a woman and this hat is for me. I needed a straw hat with ventilation, but it had to be somewhat sturdy. I like the look. It looks of quality and it was a reasonable price. I haven't worn it yet as I bought it for an occasion that is in the near future. I am anxious to see if it can withstand some wear & tear

I like the fit and appearance of this hat, it has adequate venting for summer ear most of the time.
