Runs wide, I normally wear 4E & the wide was too wide.

I used to wear Georgia Wellington Wedge work boots many years ago. So glad that I ordered this chukka boot. It's the most comfortable boot that I have worn in a very long time.

I have had my eye on these boot for a while now, and when Georgia Boot recently offered them at 25% off; I jumped at the chance to purchase a pair. So happy that I did, as they are very comfortable for all-day wear and kept my feet warm with no fatigue by the end of the day. I am a female buyer with wide feet, and I normally wear between sizes 8.0 to 8.5 in women’s. In a man’s size, I found that a 7.0, with my usual thick wool socks; fit perfectly. These boots are very well-made, and will probably out last the previous pair that they replaced. They are actually cute on me, and I even got a compliment on them from my hairstylist when I saw her last.

brought new farm&ranch chukka work boots on 12/25/2014 two weeks later was applying calcium chloride on sidewalks some powder got on boots when i was finished i cleaned boots the next day went to put boots on they shrank . i called georgia boot company they said there was nothing i can do. i think they should send care instructions when ordering . what a waste of 100.00 bucks

I've been purchasing my hubby's work boots online from Georgia Boots for 3yrs! My hubby is picky and can headaches easy from any shoes, but these shoes don't bother his feet or give him headaches! Fast delivery too!

NO BREAK-IN REQUIRED! Soft leather, cushy interior. Have worn mine intermittently on weekends for about 18 months - doing heavy landscaping work and carpentry. Amazingly comfortable for a boot, especially on concrete. Great quality and construction.

Boots are well made. Very comfortable However the shipping department needs a overhaul badly very slow at getting them out the door.

Insoles are not removable. So 3 months after use I tried a insole and didn't work.

This is my 2nd pair of these boots. Bought my 1st pair for work. So comfortable, bought my 2nd pair for everyday wear.

Just what I was looking for, a comfortable, stable, well made boot. I'll break it down into the various components. The soles. Nothing fancy here, just a big thick, cushy slab of polyeurothane. Probably the best sole you'll find on a wedge type sole workboot. Better than blown rubber soles. They absorb shock like it didn't even happen. They have a steel stability shank that really works well. And so far, they seem as though they are going to wear well. Not the best for mud traction, and a bit heavy, but these are workboots. The leather uppers. Great quality leather, but for my liking, a bit soft. After wearing these boots for a month now, I have noticed I have had to cinch up the laces tighter and tighter due to the leather stretching. Albeit ever so slightly. The toe box is perfect, not too big and not too small, perfect. The tounge is padded and fits perfectly and the interior of the boot is lined with a nice fabric. The insole. One of the nicest insoles I have had the pleasure of using in a long time. Plenty of substantial cushion that actually works. And the insole is permanently attached so as not to move. Not a wimpy insole that mashes flat and offers little or no cushioning. The laces are, ok. Not the best but they'll do. The lacing eyelets are great, well constructed and installed. They where even, evenly spaced and symmetrical. The stitching. Well enough. After a month of everyday wear, no stitching has lossened or broken. The uppers. Great fit, the heel has a heel counter so your foot aligns perfectly in the boot and stays in place. It also allows for that snug, custom feel. These boots are Goodyear welt constructed, but surprisingly are very flexible given their design and construction. The storm welting has not came loose so far either. There is also a manly pull tab, not the skinny little tabs offered on some boots. Oh yeah, the soles seem to put a spring in your step, and the heel offset is spot on, for me. Bottom line, a great boot, throw some paste wax on them to turn water, maybe a super thin gel insole and your cooking with gas my friend! Get these boots, you won't be dissapointed! I got two pair of the 4" chukka style and am thinking about getting a pair of the 6" boots!

The leather is supple and the boot appears to be well made. Comfort and fit is what I expected from Georgia Boot and provides enough room for a heavy sock (no need to oversize suggest you order your exact size) Georgia Boot honors their warranty, I know from experience. John S

My new Georgia Wedge Chukka's arrived today. A very nice boot to say the least. Fit perfect right out of the box. No defect with the leather or the stitching at all. Boot laces are extra sturdy and not cheap at all. Finger loop on back is also very useful. Time will tell how these hold up. So far, I am very pleased.

The wide is wide! I usually wear a 4E and these boots were good. Best fitting boots i have ever bought.

After 3 years of daily use it was time for a new pair. The uppers on the old pair were scuffed to all get out but still had life left in them. I felt sole had become packed out and was no longer providing proper support so I purchased a new pair. The old boots still had the orginal laces. This is my go to footwear for the construction site and the shop. High enough to keep debris out but not too restricitve. I keep mine supple by applying a light coat of mink oil. Great boot!

I wanted a casual boot to wear with my cargo shorts or casual pants to go out with friends w/o looking like I was going to work. Friends always commented that wearing my regular workboots wasn't all that appealing when going out to dinner or lunch on weekends; so I caved and figured I'd buy these..........I love boots only because I feel my "feet" are protected from any unforeseen incidents. I wore them and friends liked them even though I still like wearing my 6" steel toe workboots :).

Love the boot, very comfortable and padded where it needs it. A little heavy,but good exercise. Great value, recommended highly,would buy again without hesitation.

I just bought them. The first thing i noticed compared to other brands was the comfort when i first put them on. I had bought some inserts prior to buying them and i dont need them with these boots. Also the extra reinforcement in the heel area is a real plus because i have a problem with tearing up the inside by the heel. Very soft leather, just an all around great boot. I have found the brand i will continue to buy.

Bought these boots for my husband years ago, he wore them out and we tried other boots. They didn’t compare to these by far. He said he only wants to wear this boot, the rest of them don’t hold up. Very durable, comfy and perfect for the construction industry.

Just bought my 3rd pair. Shallow tread releases heavy clay mud easily, anti-static properties let me wear them when working with sensitive computerized lab equipment! Last about 2.5 years with moderate use.

They do run big. I purchased a Wide since I am a typical NB 4E 10.5 but these run long. I probably could have purchased a 10 W and they would have been perfect but now I have already worn them and as I break them in more...they are getting a bit loose.

I have worn Red wing for over 20 years, Danner, & Ariat. This boot lite weight boot just blows them all away! Try the Chukka Chukka :)

I love Georgia boots. I have bad knees and have had knee surgery. These boots have helped with the pain. They are comfortable and durable, I am in construction so they hold up well. They are a little pricey but worth every penny.

Wish these came in B or C widths. Pricey for non-waterproof boots.

I just bought my third pair of these, the second pair has lasted me three years. working in the pool and spa industry boots get wet a lot so i used oil on the second pair and they lasted three years. the sole has only wore down a little.

I bought these for summer work. They are great on my feet, wide width, and the Vibram soles not only look great, they feel great. My only regret is that they are not good outdoors in the winter, especially up here in the North East, (New Hampshire). i have several outdoor shoes, All Hiker styles. Good lug soles for snow and ice. because I was having trouble with my innersoles, I have custom made ones, I decided to try these on for a few days until I received my new innersoles. The innersoles in these shoes, the Chukka Boots are not removable so I cannot put my new inserts in them. So the decision was made to try these and see how they worked. The first thing I did was walk toward my truck to unlock the door. Before I had the chance to put my key in the lock, I slipped on the ice and snow. My foot slipped underneath me as I went down. I snapped my fibula bone and dislocated the ankle. I don't blame the shoe, but want to make sure people are aware that they are not very good on ice and/or snow.

I have been looking for an ankle height work boot for around my shop that was light, comfortable and reasonably priced for a number of years now and just recently bought these from Georgia Boot. FINALLY found what I was looking for!! These boots are extremely soft and comfortable and appear to be very well made. I love 'em and will be back for another pair if they hold up over time. I took the advice of many other reviews and ordered a 1/2 size smaller than my regular size 8. Glad I did as they fit perfectly. Great boot!!!

I got my Chukka wedge a few weeks ago and I wore it the first day. Needs no breaking in whatsoever. I love this boot. It's a great every day wear work boot but works especially well with my dark washed denim. I doubt I'll have any regrets getting this one!!

Great boot for all-purpose work conditions. Have used these boots to work all over the country and in every type of condition, rain, snow, mud and dirt. Finally retiring a pair after 6 years and two hard uses in the Hawaiian mud. I love these boots so much I have a hard time ordering a new pair, but I do anyway almost every year. I find myself going back to my good old boots for my more difficult or wet projects. I love him so much I bought a pair for my son in the smallest size available.

I have been getting pairs of this particular make/style for over a decade. All day comfort is why. If you work in wet/muddy conditions, then get a "tractor" sole ... but if you want to put on a chukka that seems to fit just right ... give these a try.

A well made boot, heavier than I expected. They fit well and are made to last. My only concern is the lack of a padded upper opening. While driving a car or my tractor, I feel them 'cutting' into my lower leg. They're new, and still a bit stiff - so it will disappear, I hope.

Very happy I bought these boots. Perfect fit and they were lighter than they look. Thinking about buying a 2nd pair to have as backups before they are changed.

I used to buy cheap workboots. Been a contractor now for 44 years. Then noticed my feet were getting very uncomfortable in the cheap boots. Sprung for a pair of Georgia Wedge Chukka about six years ago. I won't wear anything else now! I have three pairs! One is for the job, one for wearing out and the last one is for reserve! They never wear out and you forget you are wearing them. When you don't think about your feet when you are on them on a job site for eight hours or more at my age you know you're wearing the right boot! Thank you Georgia Boot for making this great product. This is my 4th pair, While not a particularly good looking shoe these are super comfortable both sitting and standing on concrete floors. The soles wear out after about 16-18 months if you walk 6-10 miles a day on concrete like I do. I recommend them to my friends who have farms or work on a hard floor.

Having used these feet for over 60 years I feel well qualified to review shoes and boots. I am a multiple Georgia boot owner and these Chukka boot fill a needed niche in my work wear very well. I take care of my shoes and wear them in many tough environments. All my Georgia boots are very comfortable, durable and they last and last and last. I recently had a minor problem with a new pair and customer service responded quickly, efficiently and graciously. Customer for life here.

I have a pair of steel toe Georgia Boots for walking construction sites and they are very comfortable, so I wanted a pair for around home and office and so I bought these. They look good, are very comfortable. A great product that I would highly recommend..... Both boots!

These are my first Georgia boots, I've been wearing Thorogoods for years. I think the quality and construction are near identical, definetly a high end boot. My only complaint is that the insoles are not removable so I can't put my orthotic insoles in them. If I put the insoles on top they are too tight. Besides that they are a stylish and well made boot.

Out of the box,right on my feet,no break in,comfortable,great fit,wore them all day. Great boot!

My husband found these amazing Georgia Boots about 4 years ago and nothing else compares. I tried them on and as a women I was absolutely amazed at the comfort and solid build of this shoe. Get em you won't be disappointed! Leather... Top notch, soft and flexible,very little stretch,they won't stretch out to two sizes bigger in a month. Insole... The insole is a thick pillow type insole, non removable. Very cushiony. Sole...a thick slab of polyurethane with a steel arch suppot, soaks up heel strike and all impact, you can step on an acorn and hardly notice it. The sole is sewn on welted construction that's wide and very stable. Not much tread for digging through the mud but these are great on concrete. Great boot, you can stand on hard surfaces all day and be comfortable, a roomy toe box, and an inner and outer heel counter keeps my foot aligned and ads to the comfort. These boots took less than two weeks to break-in and when they did all I can say is... Sweet! The laces are ok but Ill be replaceing mine with round cotton laces. The lining of these boots is soft and so far it has held up. Oh yeah, they have a manly size pull tab also. The stitching is just the double row stitching not the three and four row stitching found on some brands but totally adequate! A great boot that won't disappoint you! I love mine, I'll be getting a six inch pair this fall.

I have been having foot problems for a while, and my chiropractor recommended that I get a stiff soled Shoe. I bought these boots solely based upon online information and reviews and absolutely love them. Georgia boot has a new customer

been wearing them daily for almost 2 years - I'm in sales and on my feet all day - weather on hot asphalt or in the rain, always comfortable. Getting ready to buy another pair as these are starting to show their age - but they are still great boots - gonna keep 'em for working around the property. Boots came in look very nice ,I have been wearing them off and on now for two weeks ,I have tried 2 different inserts, changed socks. My feet are suffering ,I work in one of the Big Box Bldrs Supply and on my feet 10-12 hours a day. The boots do not flex .I have not worn them for the past 3 days my feet and back have not hurt. I worn them yesterday for about 6 hours ,the pain is back ( siatica ) I like them however and will give them one more try,if they do not work we will see what Georiga Boot has to say. Not saying anything bad just they might not work for me

I haven’t worn any other shoe in 10 years. I have one pair that I wear for daily use, and another that I use for working in the yard, painting, car repairs, etc… that I’ve had resoled.

I have always worn the full sized pull on work boot version of these but I have started wearing shorts to work more often these days and needed something lower but the slip on shoes I bought of a different brand were killing my feet. I thought these were worth a try because my full sized ones are so comfortable and I was right ! They are awesome and I love them !
