The boots look great, but are incredibly uncomfortable. I have never worn a pair of boots that are this uncomfortable out of the box granted, I’ve only been able to wear them a few days, simply because they hurt too bad. I also understand they likely will get better over time. However, there is a point on the inside of both heels that digs into my heel - not only causing a blister but a cut on one of my feet. I tried layering bandaids over the hot spot - it helped but certainly only a little. I hope they get better with time, but it’s going to take a long time because I can only stand to wear them a little at a time.

Spend most of my work day on my feet walking or standing on concrete and at the end of the day my feet feel great. I ususally try to stay away from a riding heel but the comfort of these boots and how they fit override the heel. Best of all they are made in the U.S.A.

I wear steel toes exclusively, and as an exclusive wearer of steel toes I can assure you the traditional shape doesn’t go with all attire. That big boxy toe end screams work boot, but thankfully the fine folks at Double H have created a slim profile boot which affords all the protection of any other steel toe with a far more versatile form factor. Now while I love these boots I did find they were tough to break in. In the past I’ve been able to get straight to work without having too much discomfort, but these did leave my feet pretty sore up until the third day. I’d recommend not trying to get them comfortable in one shot. Other than the rough break in period these boots are flawless. The loose uppers let my feet breathe more than laced boots, the sole is decently non-slip, and the leather seems very resilient.

they are a tight fit on the sides when first put on...after a few days it was much better. they are very comfortable...

-these are not my first pair of Double H steel-toe boots, and I hope not my last - I used to walk into the big superstore in Austin and buy not just this style, but a number of different styles off the shelf, but I regret that now they're offered only online, and they seem to be going up in price! I hope that they don't get priced right out of my affordable market! - they're great boots, comfortable to wear for extended periods in all conditions, offer great snake and brush protection, and take any and all punishment that you throw at them - I'm required to wear safety boots for work, and they make that much easier to do.

Ordered the boots as a last minute Christmas gift and they arrived in 3 days including a weekend. AWESOME

Takes a while to get used to the weight and difference the steel toe makes. They are starting to feel good and I'm looking forward to getting them worn right in. Should be good boots.

High quality, great leather, awesome boot. Very uncomfortable out of the box so break them in slowly. First day I could only wear for ten minutes and got blisters. Two weeks later I can wear them comfortably all day. Like a nice leather baseball glove, oil them and break in slow and you’ll love them

I bought these boots a month ago. I received them put them on wore them on the carpet a couple of evenings then wore them to work without any break in. It did rub on my left big toe just behind the nail. Thicker sock & problem solved. I have an odd shape feet so boots are a hit or miss fit with me. These are a very high hit. I have not had to soak ,oil etc. to help them fit. They may become a bit loose after time I will plan on adding an insole at that time.

Was looking for something that would look good while taking a beating and these caught my eye in the local boot barn. Bought these and they have not only been extremely comfortable but also have held up thus far with day-to-day work.

Nicely made, for women that is. I ordered my 9 1/2 E and had to send them back for 9 1/2 EE and they are no bigger. Just ended up giving them to my wife since they are too narrow for me. But they are well made and she loves them so I guess it’s a win for me.

These are the third pair of this style of Double H Cowboy Work Boots. I like the fact that you caint really tell the the Round Toe is actually Steel Toe. Not to mention they are Union Made right here in the USA. I’m rough on Boots. So I’m all about quality over quantity. The last Pair lasted 3 through years of Dairy Farms and Oil Patch. So that speaks volumes as to how outstanding these Boots are.

I work in maintenance, so I’m in oil and coolant all the time, on my knees, dragging my toe, and very rough on boots. This is my 4th or 5th pair of these boots and I’ll continue to buy them as long as they’re available. I also wear the regular toe for my casual boots.

I haven't taken them off for weeks. These boots are perfect for anyone on heir feet all day. Go to the office and then casual at night. Perfect boots and incredibly comfortable.

I bought these boots for my Son. It is his second pair. We bought his last pair over 6 years ago and he wore them almost everyday. I was so thrilled to be able to still get them. He is very happy with the style and quality of these boots.

Excellent boots. Best/most comfortable steel toed boots I've worn.

Of the three pairs I bought, only 1 fit comfortably. All three are the same size. The first pair was very tight across the vamp and the sides of the heel felt like they had been pressed in so that when I walked they rubbed. I was unable to wear them while sitting for even an hour. That pair also had different looking finishes. The second pair is comfortable except for minimal rubbing on the inside of the right heel, again it feels like it was compressed, but it isn't uncomfortable and is tolerable. I thought I would try my luck and by a third pair hoping it would be just right. Unfortunately it too was too tight across the vamp. I will be returning the first and third pairs. Poor quality control from Double H.

Very nice boot hoping to get a couple of years out of them. I’ve had other Double H boots before and if these holdup as well I won’t be disappointed!

Excellent work boot. I really like the round toe and the overall look of the boot. The sole is a little bit hard. They don't feel like you are slogging through the day either. They feel like any other cowboy boot. I am on my 6th? pair. I get new ones every year and will continue to but this specific boot until they quit making it which I hope is never.

I love my new boots , I have foot problems and now their all gone . I got the steel toe .

I had a pair of Double H Anton’s for 2 years and they were good. Just got these DYLAN STEEL TOE and man the best boots right out of the box. Love them! Will be buying these forever.

This is the 2nd pair of these I have bought. I was so pleased with the first pair, when they wore out I had to buy another because they were the ideal approved work-boot for the work I do on industrial sites, and on my cattle ranch.

Great boots! Comfortable and tough. I've been smashing these around the fab shop for a while now, and they're holding up great. And American made! I will be buying these boots again.

The insoles started peeling after one day, they got so bad and uncomfortable I had to throw them away. I can’t find good insoles to replace them. These boots are uncomfortable and the insoles they came with shouldn’t have fallen apart after one day of wear. At almost $300, these were a HUGE disappointment.

Love the boot. Purchased multiple times but for some reason these squeak every time I step. Seems like if there’s air in the heal.

This is probably my 6st pair best boots I've ever owned I break them in wearing them for good until my work ones wear out then buy a new good pair and wear my old ones to work I were them 7 days a week on the farm in the shop out in the truck my last ones lasted a year and a half working in them and 6 months before that wearing them for good

I'm a machinist and am on my feet ten hours a day, these boots are extremely comfortable plus they are made in the USA a win win for me!

I've tried wearing several times to "give them a chance", sore area where steal toes part rubs on toes.

This is my second pair and I still love these boots, I wear them every day all day. Last pair I wore to long (year and a half). No planter fasciitis issues anymore either. Great boots that I would recommend to anyone. I used to wear ariat work hog boots but they would only last me about 6 months. And I honestly feel like they caused some of my foot issues. So I highly recommend Double H to anyone needing new boots.

These boots are some of the finest leather boots I have ever put on.  My only slight against them is that I cannot wear regular cotton socks as they are just too tight.  I bought some lighter weight socks to wear with them.  Perhaps after a while wearing them I will be able to wear work socks.  If not I would still buy another pair based on the quality and style.

The quality of this boot has drastically declined, yet the price has increased drastically. I have owned 3 pair, this last pair I hate to even look at. DO NOT buy these boots.
