I order online because I live Over an hour from any stores or malls. Received the boots my son put them On and found they left the ink tag on the boot!!! Now I have to drive over an hour to have it removed !! I order only to avoid driving but I won’t be ordering from this company anymore !!! $350 order too!! The incompetence of lazy employees is ridiculous !!!

Love the boots but the boot cut required me to get a 1/2 size larger and this particular one was not available at the store to try on, so I had to order online, then return it and reorder online.

Python skin came in a bit beat up and lifted but after a conditioning it’s a great quality exotic boot,also this boot does come a little tighter then expected
