My new hat fits very well. I've an oval shaped head and most hats are a bit wider then my head but this one sets easily on my head all the way around. It's remarkably light weight so it's incredibly comfortable and the silver belly color allows it to be worn during the summer without sweating it up.

The hat came to me all all misshaped and did not look like the color in the picture.

I wore it for PBR, I got beer thrown on it and it didn’t stained. I got a few compliments wearing too.

This is by far my favorite hat, the fit is perfect and so is the price. There is another hat in the Rockford Store that I am going to add to my collection, I can only hope it fits as nice as this one does.

I like the hat, but the front rim was bent incorrectly from the moment it came out of the box.

The hat rim was messed up due to how it was packaged for shipping

Hat itself was very nice but jt was delivered in a giant box without any wrapping. It looked dirty and had so many chipping here and there. Had to return and get refund.

So I bought this hat expecting white color maybe slightly tan. The picture on the site shows it white. But when it came in it was a stone color. As well the hat was super dirty and stained. I took it to get get clean and they couldn’t do much. So overall horrible quality. Dirty and color doesn’t match pictures.

I like the style of this and most important my wife like it.

The color is WAY off. The hat itself is okay. The liner is poorly glued on and is falling off without having ever been worn. If they just changed the pictures to accurately represent the hat, it would be fine. However the pictures shows more of an off white cowboy hat, and what you get is a gray cowboy hat.

I had this shipped to a store for pick up. It needed a slight bit of shaping to the brim. It exceeded my expectations. It was a gift for my son. He loves it.

Great fit

This hat was received at the Boise store and when opening the box, it was found to have the brim bent out of shape. The store has offered to reshape the hat brim and ship it to my home. We'll see how it is repaired before further comment. Cody James/Boot Barn should review its hat packaging which is very minimal when compared to the packaging of my several Stetson hats.

I thought it was white but more gray. It still is a nice quality hat for the price.

Came in a box bent went to boot barn in Billings Montana to get it fixed decided to get a different hat black one. Staff at Billings were great to help out thank you staff

The hat looks great and came in a timely fashion. It's has just been a while since I have broken in a new hat. That said, it's and excellent product that has quality craftsmanship and material.

Overall nice hat but came all warped due to either bad fabrication or bad packaging and had to get the hat repressed again before even wearing it

It's a well made hat! But is a little darker in color than shown in the online picture.

I sent in and paid for the felt Cody James hat and received the wool hat, which is not the same color as the felt hat! This is the second head I got from them had returned two of them because of the same issue. I guess they just can’t get it right.
