      Broken out of box

      The charging wires for the battery just pull apart, completely broken.

      Terrible quality charging port

      Love the idea but it’s a defective design so much that after the first one I bought in store and the charging port came out with the charging cord so I instantly returned it and I purchased another one online because I loved it so much. The charging port came out again on the first charge and I was extra careful. Confirmed with two engineers in my family unfortunately this is a poor quality/design flaw and now I need to muster the energy to do another return.
