Purchased this for my son. The description of the product incorrectly labels this as a felt hat. I assumed it would be wool felt given the price and the fact that it was a kid's hat. Unfortunately, the hat is black colored plastic, similar to a "straw" hat he already had. I was hoping for a decent wool felt kid's hat and got a cheap plastic hat instead. Don't believe the description on this one.

My son LOVED his new cowboy hat! Goes wonderfully with his current pair of cowboy boots (4th pair....)! And this mom loves the fitting elastic in the hat! It will make is wearable for MUCH longer!

Good looking Hat. Looks good on 11 year old Nephew and 80 year old Uncle too.

They were not at all what I wanted. They felt like they were made out of cardboard. Returning these today. Ordered another type and hope they are as advertised.

My 9year old son is into western movies. Wanted to get him a cowboy hat that was not "costume-ish" but also not expensive. Caught this one on sale for $15 and it can't be beat. Great quality, looks like the real thing (because it is) and fits him perfectly.

The hat is constructed well.... if you're wanting a straw hat. The picture is misleading in that it appears that it is made of felt. I was thrilled about having my package arrive promptly; not so much after I opened it up.

i bought it it was too small and I expected it to be fabric but it was rock solid plastic
