Well I’m sorry to say this is my second attempt at a Cody James that was a huge letdown! It took 8 days to arrive. Hopefull that it wouldn’t have issues. Immediately I see the buckle is glued on very very crooked. Then when I went to put it on , the the silky headliner has a 2” tear in it. Very upsetting since this was to replace the one I opened at the store a week earlier. That had sizing band spacers in it , was dirty and the brim was misshapen! And then to order another rate there by the team . Very upsetting Cody James is your mark ! Someone needs to be checking these at quality control level. Also at store level before sending out as new! Very frustrating

I got this hat once before but i accidentally damaged it and this hat is pretty decent quality but it had little bits of debris on it and the buckle is kinda off but it does what it’s supposed to.

Great hat and a super job of shaping.

Cheaply made and quality is horrible. The return went well though. Felt was missing in one spot. Hatband was same material as hat.

Wool is high quality and hat fit well without having to be reshaped. Buckle detail is great, I prefer it over a ribbon

The shape is great and feels way more expensive than it is. I feel beautiful in it and it fits well.

These hats are the best I have seen for the price. Quality ridgid wool felt, cool design. I personally prefer the Drilex bands in them over fake leather or even real leather. Being from AZ, wearing a felt hat is a Winter only deal for me. Even Winter day temperatures reach the mid 70s. This makes me sweat. The Drilex band is a big advantage. I own 4 of these hats in various colors.

Based on the hat alone I would give 5 stars. Unfortunately this was an online order and required 6 visits and many hats to finally get one to fit correctly. If the hat was stocked in store I'm sure they would have multiple hats in certain sizes to make the purchase easier

I received my hat in a very bad conditions it was out of shape and duty.

Very nice looking hat. The sweat band is made similar to a flex fitted hat witch I'm not sure if I like or not but, it does keep the hat on your head. Definitely worth the money.

Too small. Ordered a size 7, which almost always fits well or slightly loose, but I can't even get this hat on my head.
