Totally awesome boot!! Comfortable. Well made. Look great. First time I wore them whole crew just loved them. Feet were Happy.

These boots run on the large side. I normally wear a 9.5 or 10 but needed a 9 in this boot. These bad boys will have snakes choking on their own venom.

You won’t find a better quality snake boot. These will last forever. Not like boots these days when the rubber soul rots and pulls away from the rest of the shoe. Stay clear of any hunting boot that has all black rubber bottom. They will disappoint you in 1-2 years. Used to be a hunting boot would last 20 plus years.

I purchased this boot for me, I am a female, it was way too large, so I had to send it back. The customer service was wonderful!! I was so sad these did not fit, they were made better than any other boot I have had.

I have been eyeballing these boots for about 4 years now. I had been figuring they would keep me safe from the nasty snakes of east texas and the painfuly prickly pears of the south west. I figured in addition to those two things they would also serve me well when flyfishing the snake river in Jackson, WY or hunting chukar and hungarian patridge in the rugged land of Thermopolis, WY. These boots do it all. Crossing creeks, staying warm in the snow, bootin around sneaks, or just taking a walk to enjoy God's creation. They are comfy on the souls of your feet the second you slip them on and the only break in period, as would be expected, is the material around your achilles tendon. Once that area is broken in, you feel just like Cpt. Agustus McCrae as you head off into the wonderful outdoors. These boots are the best daggum boots I have ever purchased and boy howdy, am I kicking myself for not purchasing a pair 4 years earlier. I have been a hunter, fisher, and conservationist all my life. Have worn many different pairs of boots, however, this is the first boot to do it all. If you want to feel confident and comfortable in the field, or in the stand I would highly recommend snagging a pair of these bad boys, if you don't like being comforatble or confident, at least get them for the looks. Because they are daggum handsome looking things. Last tid bit, they do fit very well around your calves if you have a fair build. I am 6'1" 230lbs. They are fairly insulated just from the material used so it does get a tad toasty even in the Wyoming heat of 90 degrees and same as you would expect in the southern states. That being said, when you're in the southern states everything on your body gets toasty in the summers so the feet don't bother me too much. These boots fit true to size and feel comfertably snug from the tips of your toes all the way to one inch below your knee cap.

I bought these for bird hunting in south Texas. When the arrived I tried them on and walked around inside the house. After just a few minutes I noticed that my feet were rather toasty. If they feel this way at 70 degrees I can only imagine how they would feel with outside temperatures at or above 95 degrees. They don't breathe.

Stylish, and comfortable right out of the box. Worn them twice in very wet conditions with no issues. Sheplers made it a great value.
