These boots are the most comfortable boots next to my other Carolina boots. I normally wear a 9 to 9 1/2 but for some reason Carolina boots run a little big so I have to go with an 8 1/2.

Comfortable yet unreliable

Shoe is extremely comfortable to wear. The problem is the metal shoe lace clips at the top of the shoe. I tightened my shoe and the hook snapped off within the first week of my purchase. I returned them to the store and replaced them with a new pair. The same hook snapped on the new pair when I was trying them on. I had to take them back and get a different brand.

A metal lace hook on one of the boots snapped off while lacing them up the third time I put them on my feet. Called customer service to exchange, waiting for new pair to arrive.
