I am a smaller frame women and I got XS shirts I asked the gal in the store if they shrink and she didn't think they would, my sleeve length shrank an inch now they are too small.
5 out of 5 stars.

Shrunk/no room for women

So disappointed. I ordered this FR shirt to replace an old one. The fabric and cut have changed dramatically. After the first wash (cold, no dry) this shirt shrunk to the point I could not even wear it. The fabric feels thinner. But the part that was most frustrating, is the change the cut. My old FR shirts have a beautiful women’s cut with small shoulders, room for the bust, and flaring at the hips with plenty of room. This new style might as well be a sausage casing. If feels like it’s made for a man. No hips and no bust. Just straight. In the last 6 months I’ve ordered a number of things from Carhartt and have had problems with quality control, change in design, and changing fabrics, and have had to return almost everything. As a woman who works in it in industrial environment, I don’t have a lot of choices. Hope Carhartt gets their act together soon since I always relied on them for quality workwear.
