They shrunk when I washed them, I have big thighs and it rubs them too much for my liking

I purchased the pants (waist size) based on previous purchases of this same size. This pair was 1/2 - 3/4 inch smaller in size, and therefore, do not fit. I can not wear them. The non-fitting pair was "Made in Bangladesh". A second pair (different color) did match previous purchases. The fitting pair was "Made in Nicaragua", and matched previous purchases in size and quality.

Never fails, I can buy a pair in store that fits perfectly but when I order off the website (the exact same style and size) the pants I receive are 3 inches longer. Not the first time this has happened.

After wearing them for the first time I noticed how incredibly comfortable they turned out to be. Not to mention their really really durable as well. At the end of the day. These pants are good enough to be used for both work and play.

My wife got me this latest pair for Christmas because she knows she can't go wrong with them as a present. These pants are tough yet very comfortable. I used to be a Levis only guy, but I haven't bought a pair of those in quite a while. The side pocket on the Rugged Flex Relaxed Fit pants seals the deal, as it is so, sooooo convenient for putting the cell phone in, making sure you don't accidently sit on it and possibly crack it in your back pocket. Definite '5 Star' pants!

These are my first pair of Carhartt pants. I own the bibs and numerous shirts so I figured it was time. These things are a game changer. Light, stretchy, and tough. I am done with regular jeans. Thank You Carhartt!

Great pants for a dirty job good material doesn’t rip easy overall great pants

So i purchased 2 orders, a pair of this pant and the other pair that has the same exact name but doesn't say " 5 pocket". Both of the pants the exact same, the ones that don't say "5 pocket" still have the 5th pocket and even says so on the description of the pant. What got me was i ordered the same exact sizes but the ones that have "5 pocket" in the name fit tighter, are shorter, and the opening which goes over the boot, isnt as wide and barely fits over the boots. I just dont understand how they fit completely different when they have the same name except for "5 pcoket" in it. Defitely prefer the Rugged Flex Relaxed Canvas Work pant without the 5 pocket in the name.

This is not a roughed fabric. These are more like Dockers material. I want a heavy canvas work pant that will hold up like my old dockers.

Being from Hawaii, I was really underdressed for the winter months in Maine. I first bought the lined-versions of these pants after flying up there for a job up in that beautiful state and I loved them. They kept me nice and warm in 20°-30° weather without the thermal underwear and I didnt have to worry about them getting ripped on the job. Now that I'm back home, I just wanted the same comfort without the inner lining because the average temp here is 74°-80°and I just had to buy more of these rugged and well-made pants. Well worth it!

Good lighter weight work pants but they began wearing holes from just having my keys and pocket knife in my pocket in my pocket not the old durable carharrts

After only a couple washes, all the gray color ran out of the crotch, and the material pilled like a cheap sweater.

My first order was to small , so sent them back for a bigger size. The second pair fit perfect. The return process was great. It was so smooth.

I would go through a pair of pants every month or so at work. These have lasted me almost a year and there's little to no wear or tear. They're also extremely comfortable. Would definitely recommend

Legs are too tight. Not a relaxed fit at all. Pockets work great and the material stretches well. So far they've held up very well. These pants would be a 5 star all around if the legs were more roomy.

They ripped in a week

Hi, woman here. Haven't tested durability, but they're in the top 5 best fitting pairs of pants I've ever owned. (That's a great feat, if you don't know.) If you're buying without trying them on, SIZE UP. I'm normally a 26-27 inch waist, but of course men's pants only go as low as a 28. So I went into my local workwear store to find some pants, and the only pair in these went down to, you guessed it, a 28. I was skeptical but decided to try them on. They're almost *perfect*. Fit way better than the "women's pants" they had in the store, and has a *very* minimal waist gap. Would definitely recommend for the comfort and fit, and honestly- they're pretty flattering too. Added bonus. The best thing about them? Actual DEEP pockets. + a bonus tool pocket. Here's to hoping they hold up to being worn 4+ days a week.

Well they lasted 11 days when I got them they were tight fit and I have pants all the same size and these were tight around the waist only the waist now today 11 days later the seam blew on on the left leg I was shoveling when it happened I don’t think I’ll be buying pants again from carhartt just jackets sorry guys they are not made like they used to Just. Be cautions when buying

I've always preferred the gray colors for my work pants. For whatever reason the gray (gravel) color shrinks about 2 inches in length after just a few washes. I thought it was maybe a mishap so I ordered more. I now have 5/6 pairs of gravel pants I don't wear because they became too short. I haven't had any issues with this happening to the other colors I own. I love these pants other than this shrinking issue.

Pants do not fit correctly. To tight. I order the same size in many different styles. I expected these to be the same.
