Not helpful. I chatted with the expert, and no clear answer. I just want few old school heavy duty, long sleeved shirts with buttons. No fleece lining.

Well! I like the style, the colors,and the texture of the fabrics. But I have been buying Duluth Trading shirts and they have been true to size. Oh, I forgot that different countries have different size charts for sizing. I ordered x large relaxed fit from Duluth and they fit as I would like. I ordered the Carhart x large loose fit and thought that would be a good fit. Again, i like the style and looks of the Carhart. But, I hope to send these back and order xx large loose fit and hope that they will fit as I hope they will. Maybe they will not be too big. The x large loose fit is a little to small for my 84 year body.

Fits well. I’m tall and the sleeves are long enough. Nice shirt.

To big , bells at the bottom. The picture on the site looks fitted. Completely different when it arrives from the picture. Will be returning both.

Quality of shirt is nice, but I probably bought the wrong size. Size medium seems short on the sleeves and overall length from shoulders to bottom of shirt. I like the shirt it just runs a little small.

This is a nice shirt but I feel the material is getting thinner. Hoping it will last as long as the previous we bought.

It is impossible to buy a work shirt sized XL Tall in Australia. Despite Carhartt not shipping to my address in Australia, I order shirts directly from Carhartt's US website because this size is nearly always in stock. I'm happy to pay a parcel forwarder to send my order on to Australia. The shirt quality and fit are excellent. The midweight fabric may be slightly on the warm side when worn during a Queensland summer, but it's nice to have sleeves extending past my wrists rather than terminating on my forearm!

The shirts fit great. But when wash they roll up at the bottom and the collier also rolls. So it will need to be ironed every time before Worn out.

Shirt was comfortable and true to size. Material could have been a little heavier, but it was fine. Looks good and was exactly what we were looking for. I would recommend this product!

Lesson learned: Carhartt shirts run big and their pants run small

Ran a little too large wanted to exchange for a smaller size but carhartt is going to charge me for return shipping and make me re-order it. Saving myself money and time by just keeping it as a yard work shirt. Not happy about it.

I've been wearing these shirts daily since circa 2008. I usually have 10-12 hanging in my closet at any time. I've watched the quality slowly decline. (Thinner fabric, less full cuts) They are still a reasonable purchase, but I am on the look-out for a replacement brand.

The quality is very good, the sizing is generous, the fit is good, the color choices are limited, and the shirt is well worth the money. I recommend it.

I love these shirts. They are extremely comfortable. They are generously cut with plenty of room in the body and sleeves. They are the perfect weight, not heavy but just heavy enough.

I like them, but I would not have bought if I could have found regular size

This is one of the best chambray (if not THE best) work shirts I’ve found. And I’ve been hooked on chambray shirts for around 60 years. I’m impressed with the apparent ruggedness of the fabric and the medium weight makes it possible to wear year ‘round. The loose fit and cut of the sleeves make it to roll up past the elbow. The loose fit also makes this shirt easy to work in but not so loose that it presents a danger while using power tools. Would I wear this shirt with a tie and slacks were I 50 years younger? Probably, but I was a hippie. I recommend the shirt as daily all-round, comfortable for chores and errands. But does spiff up with a little starch and an iron. After all, the shirt has a button down collar. Which I could live without.

I've had the pleasure of wearing these shirts for a number of years. First rate quality and fit. Looks smart and finished.

These shirts have a nice fit to them, and are very comfortable. The real selling point for me, however, is the pen slot on the breast pocket, which is an outstanding feature.
