[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought these for my boyfriend in store. Went up a waist size and kept the regular length size for home. They fit perfect with some layers he doesmt need many with then he say they keep him very toasty. He likes them alot

Best quality FR Bibs on the market. Stand the test of time.

They kept me warm during this winter storm in Oklahoma.

I bought two pairs of these, one in black, and one in brown. I expected them to be the same design, just different colors. They weren’t. The black pair had elastic straps, the brown pair did not. The brown pair was also about 2 inches longer than the black pair, even though they were both the “same size”. The brown pair had completely different chest pockets than the black pair did, and the chest part came up a lot higher on the brown pair than the black pair. The top of the black pair sits at my nipples, top of the brown pair sits at my collar bone. They are two completely different designs. Now on to the failures. So far the brown pair is holding up okay after about 2 weeks of use. The black pair on the other hand, not as good. Today was the first day it got warm enough for me to take off my bibs at work. I go to unbutton the bottom button and zip them open so I can get out, and the button just rips straight off the fabric and broke. I can no longer button the bottom button on the right side of my pants, and only really wore these things for about 2 weeks. It’s really disappointing considering they are some of the most expensive bibs Carhartt makes. Also disappointed that the guys on my crew all told me not to cheap out, get Carhartt, “because you want something that’s gonna last!” These things couldn’t even last more than 2 weeks without something breaking. The consistency between colors is non existent when it comes to design and size. I really expected more from Carhartt.

Great quality and this keeps me warm during below zero Chicago winters. Definitely recommend these overalls.

It would be nice if the pockets on the chest had a zipper instead of Velcro

Ankle buttons broke after single wear and wash. Didn't expect buttons to pull through fabric for such an expensive item so that was very disappointing. Other than that they are slightly longer than pant leg length but waist fit is accurate and they are very warm. Doesn't meet the quality I used to know from the brand.

I bought the flame resistant overalls in October 12th 2022. Its currently December 27th at 1:26 PM, between October 12th, 2022 and now I have maybe worn these overalls 5 times. The right pant leg zipper has come apart and can't be zipped back up. I'm really disappointed in Carhartt as I mistakenly thought they were still meant for the blue-collar working men and women in America. And of course, they cannot warranty the pant leg zippers. I will not recommend or purchase anymore Carhartt products.

Would like to say first, that the sizing chart/questions work. The actual product fits great. The bibs are constructed tough yet wear comfortable. It's Carhartt! Just used them first time, yesterday, blowing snow for 3 hrs. Was warm and dry the whole time. Would purchase again, but know that I won't have to because they'll last a good long time.

2nd pair, this one is FR. True to size. Can be on the warm side

I have ordered these bibs twice , and both pair had the same defects. Have sent both pairs back and I am afraid to order another pair because I might get another defective pair. Have also sent pictures and a letter showing the defects. If these FR bibs were made in the USA maybe they would not be defective , both pair I received were imported. These cost to much to be made so poorly

These are really warm live in Michigan and bought them for the winters I work outside and these have come in handy I went to the carhart store to try them on to get the right size worked out good I will also buy the unlined ones just for work also I would recommend these to anyone that works outside

Great except ridiculous price

Everything about it is alright, except one thing... after multiple times of bending my knees, the rough edges of the outer seam rubs into my knee and causes discomfort. Other than that, it is warm, durable, convenient, and an overall good buy.

Overall Very warm and comfortable. I’m 6’8 and I fit great in them. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that one of the pane leg buttons popped off shortly often getting it

These are the best FR overalls money can buy. Other brands don't hold a candle to Carhartt. There is a reason they've been in business so long. Working in the Natural Gas Industry FR clothing is mandatory. I tried other brands because they were cheaper but you get what you pay for and I won't try another brand again. I put these overalls to task quite often in the cold Kentucky winters and they never let me down. I'm glad they use a waist and inseam now instead of just a generic S/M/L/XL size. This helps stay true to fit.

I am very pleased with my overalls! They are top quality as usual and are perfect for when it’s actually cold here in Atlanta. The size guide is good to go by. I ordered the next size up and they were huge so ordered my regular waist size and they’re perfect.

No complaints whatsoever. I've been wearing it with sweatpants underneath through some 20 degree weather and it has kept my legs nice and warm keeping the heat in and blocking the wind. I ordered my normal pants size and they fit great

Pretty comfortable warm fit well. Plenty of pockets. Button on the bottom of pant leg came off after wearing one night.

They fit way bigger than the non FR Carhartt bibs I already have, sizing chart is completely off. The picture and service reps show and said that the shoulder straps are elastic, just like the the non FR pair. They are not.

Currently wearing them at work it's snowing around me and I'm sweating

No elastic at shoulder straps, Can not work in these all day without the straps digging into your shoulder. Absolute worst design failure.

I ordered the midweight and they are still heavily insulated

Everything as expected/advertised. The buckles on the shoulder straps are plastic and seem king of cheep. We'll see how well they hold up.

The button on the bottom to close the pant leg broke the first time I undid the button

Second pair of bibs I bought from carhartt . Both pairs haves kept me warm in cold weather . Disappointing part in the snaps I whis that Carhartt could figure out the snaps out.

Very warm w the 3M insulation...they run big so you can't order the same size as regular insulated duck bibs but overall very happy
