Great addition for our hats. Perfeft size and good quality

It’s nice, but lacks a certain element that says- rustic design that I was looking forward to.

Simple , easy to put together, looks good on the wall, does what its suppost to, hold 3 cowboy hats

assembly holes were to shallow to allow screws to attack back piece to metal hat holders. Had to take a drill bit to the holes to allow the screws to reach

Like this one better than the old one. This one has screws that hold the brackets in place.

I have purchased 3 of these hat racks and been happy with them until I bought another one! I was dicsipionted with this one because it only had one peg for the bottom instead of 2 like it should have!

Looks great and holds the hats perfectly. I should of ordered the 4 tiered rack.

Excellent rack, mounted in minutes. Perfectly matches my wood walling.

Functional, but veneer over pressed cardboard ? I don't see the savings over using a solid piece of wood which would hold up better.

Kind of on cheap side, metal was bent some of wholes weren't drilled well

I bought the hat rack several weeks ago and now my hats are right were I want them to be, placed safely and easily on the hat rack. Looks great on the wall as well.

Hat rack wasn’t of good quality some of the screws wouldn’t start to hold the metal racks in place .and 2 of the racks were bent . I would order from sheplers again just not this product

Nice hat rack built sturdy and looks good. The mounting slots in the back aren’t great but the only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars.

Simple to put together and solid for what it's needed. Double screw mounts so it can sit solid and not swing if bumped.

Received hat rack in a previously opened box with foam all tore up and one of the metal tiers was broken.

As soon as I received the package and put the head rack together the welds on the bottom that rack came apart. They only tack weld the pieces together which makes it kind of flimsy.

A lot better than expected for the price. Looks great and went together without a problem.

Everything was just fine except that the holes that were drilled for the metal brackets to slide into didn’t line up. We had to drill new holes to make the rack functional.

It's very nice husband loves it I just don't like that the picture of the item was on the box and was left at my mailbox thank God it wasn't stolen but my husband was able to see was his Christmas gift was so I was very upset about that him seeing and knowing his gift 2 weeks before Christmas. But the item itself is nice.

Perfect size gor my most frequently used hats , sturdy construction too! No pressboard junk. Simple design and looks great exactly what i needed

Product is exactly how I expected it, does a good Job. Screws for Wall fixing are missed. Packaging Material (Styrofoam) is from the last Century and very laborious to clean.
