Hi, I bought these boots for riding my motorcycle, wanted something fancy but practical. The rubber sole is ideal as when stopped you want to know you have your feet firmly on the ground and they are not going to slip from under you. Good quality leather, comfortable although a little difficult to get into but I will have a cobbler stretch them a little, only because it can be hot here is Australia and I don't want to be wearing them permanently!! Highly recommend the boots, extremely good looking as well as practical.....don't need to be climbing onto a horse to buy them!!

When I first tried them on they fit pretty snug but that's what I wanted so when they broke in they wouldn't slide up and down on my heel which is where I generally have issues with cowboy boots. I have a normal width foot, (not wide). They are very nice looking and fit great. Arrived in great condition in short time.

These were great nicer boots to wear out, instead of wearing my barn boots.

I really haven't had a chance to wear the boots much. They are a little tight so I am hoping they stretch a little.

I did have to reorder these because I figured my foot would still fit my regular size, I had to go up a 1/2 size and they are wonderful! Very stylish, mud from the barn doesn't show up all that noticeably which is a plus:) A bit hard to break in, but since it being cold they get stiff from being outside at night. I get compliments on them everyday. I would highly recommend these to anyone and everyone:)

These are my first pair of cowboy boots and I love them. I wore them out for the first time yesterday, did a lot of walking and they broke in in no time. No blisters or anything! I initially bought size 8 but they were too big so I ordered the 7 1/2. Unfortunately it took almost two months from the initial order to get them so I didn't receive them in time to wear to a square dance. (I know, first world problems!) I called customer service and the woman I spoke to couldn't have been nicer. She actually called me a few days later to check to make sure I received them. That kind of customer service is rare! I have a feeling the hold up was on Ariat's part and not Sheplers. Regardless, I am pleased with the boots and with the level of customer service I received from Sheplers!

I was very hesitant about ordering these because returning them from overseas would have been a hassle and I was afraid they wouldn't fit . I have a wide foot and I'm normally between an 8 and 8.5. I ordered an 8 wide and even though at first I thought shipping costs were a little high, I had my boots delivered to Germany within 4 days. They fit absolutely perfect and I'm glad I ordered them. I contacted customer service a couple of times and they were very helpful every time.

the picture is exactly what the boot looks like. cute and classic. goes with everything for the most part. the width i found to be a tad snug across the top, not majorly so. think it will be fine once i wear them in a bit. the rest of the boot feels good. the one issue i have is the heel. looks as if the clear coat is coming off with wear. not a problem because i'm fine without it, just makes it look off in the meantime if you're staring at it. i n the past i never had the rubber heal so it may be expected. still would recommend them

They are super comfortable and pretty true to size. I wear a 7.5. My right foot is slightly larger and they did feel a bit tight on this foot. However, I took the insoles out and replaced them with thinner insoles and they fit perfectly. I wear them with jeans, skirts, dresses…you name it.

I haven't owned cowboy boots since I was a child. I saw these boots while trolling on the web and remembered Sheplers from my days in Colorado. I saw in the reviews the boots run a little narrow which is perfect for me. I normally wear a size 6.5 B shoe but I ordered a size 6. Size 6 fit me perfectly with regular socks. They came in a short period of time and in great condition. They are beautiful boots and very comfortable. I love these boots and have gotten many compliments on them. I also watched a Sheplers You Tube video on how to care for distressed leather and bought water and stain repellant and conditioner to maintain them.

I ordered WIDE both for the foot and top but the foot was too small and the top is really really wide. I took the boots to a boot shop and because the boot is not pure leather, but some kind of laminated leather hybrid, you can't stretch it......it just goes back to the original shape. I am disappointed because it is a pretty boot, just not one I will be wearing.

I got these boots quick fast and the customer service was spot on. I was really unsure about what size to get cos I'm from NZ but I just sent an email and I got an efficient reply and I ordered the right size. I'm usually a 9-9 1/2 NZ and I ordered a 10 B which is smaller than what I would normally buy US size. Will just need to get my foot groove in them.

I found these boots a bit tight to pull on when I first took them out of the box... but after I wore them twice they stetched a little and are now super comfy :-) I've got heaps of comments on how nice they look when I wear them casually too.

I bought this boot 2 weeks ago now and I'm so glad I did, First of all I seen this boot in store so before I jumped on it I signed up for the rewards program and my hubby made his first purchase and I racked up some rewards points for my pair, they also give you 15% off right off the bat for signing up which my hubby used and I took the online survey for another $5.00 off. I went online to read the reviews before heading back to the store and noticed that they were cheaper online. The very first thing I asked is if they would price match and of course they did so in store they were $188 online $140 and some change so they did it with no hesitation. I also had my rewards and survey so after all said and done I paid $120 and some change. I tried on the size 8 my normal size and they fit great but the sales person advised me to try a size down because they stretch out quite a bit. I took the 71/2's home a bit hesitant but wore them around the house for 2 days to try and break them in so it gave me a chance to return them if needed. They wouldn't budge so I took them back in and the same friendly sales rep put them on the boot stretchers for me overnight and I came back in the next day to give them a shot and viola perfect!! They still fit a lil snug but after the stretching I wore them around town and they fit just like a glove. I'm so glad I listened to her recommendation because I would have ended up with the 8's stretched out and too big. The calves on these are big but I have really small calves and it doesn't bother me at all I'm used to having that issue and these are so comfortable its so worth having the extra space in the calf area. Yay to my forever boots!

When I first got these I was excited, but when u first wear them you may have to break them in really good like I did. For a couple days it might make your feet hurt but after you get used to them they are really worth it.When I did wear them I wore like semi thick shocks and wore them for three days but for long hours tho. They fit perfect now but after you get them perfectly fit start wearing thin shocks like I did and they still fit perfect. So if anyone wants a pair get these and now I'm getting back to buying more. Then next pair I'm getting is the pointed toe cowgirl boots can't wait to get them.

I saw these boots online, and they looked exactly like what I was looking for, a boot for riding, and for wearing with a dress. I decided to go to a store to try them on, so that I would be sure about the fit. I tend to have a wide foot, but normally a B with is good for me in a size 7.5.. Unfortunately, when I tried to put them on, I wasn't able to get my foot past the ankle part of the boot! I was dissapointed that I couldn't get my fat foot in them, as I really like the style. A salesperson suggested I go with the Justin brand instead.

Absolutely love these boots! I was afraid they were going to be small because I ordered them in my normal shoe size, but they fit perfectly! And they are the most comfortable pair of footwear I own.

I bought after trying another boot cut in my size and could not even fit my feet into. I tried a half size smaller with this more rounded cut. The boots fit my feet like gloves. After wearing for over 2 hrs. the first day with no soreness, I wore them to work where I am on my feet the whole time and still they felt like a well worn, favorite boot. I have had these for about a month and they are fast becoming my faves,

The look and fit of these boots are better than what I anticipated. The dark brown color is richer than shown in the product pictures and the stitching details really pop. With the rubber soles I figured these would be practical. I’m glad I bought these!

I haven't broken the boots in yet but think they will end up being ok. I actually replaced the Ariat insert with a Powerstep insert and the boot is more comfortable. Although I believe I have a high instep in my arch and the boot does not support it enough. I actually will search for an insert that provides that support. My biggest disappointment with the boots is the color option in the wide size. I would had much preferred the black or some of the unique colors. The wide selection needs updating. Boot may prove better once broken in.

These boots are very comfortable but also casual enough to wear in public!

I wear my black pair at least a few times a week. They break in very fast and easily. I don't think I've ever gotten a blister from any of my Ariat boots.

The boots are a little darker but still amazing! I've gotten so many compliments. They don't need to be broken into, they were comfortable the first time I wore them.

This is my replacement pair, 1st pair was ripped open and saved my toes thanks to the excellent quality, if I had a lesser quality boot on, probably would have 2 broken toes. I will always buy Ariat!!!

I loved these boots, and they ran true to size. I unfortunately had to return them as I had a knee replacement awhile back and the weight of them was too much for the joint.

These have saved me! Working in the farm I needed boots that can stand up to hard work. Although I still need to fully break them in, they've been great! My feet don't get too hot, and I don't have to worry about the snakes so much now. Plus, it doesn't hurt that they're cute!

I bought these boots to wear on my trip to Nashville. They went to the Grand Ole Opry and The Bluebird Café with me and even with all the walking around my feet didn't hurt one bit! As a "wannabe" cowgirl, I bought these boots strictly for fashion. I love them! I plan to wear them with jeans, skirts and feminine dresses. I have a somewhat wide foot but I bought the regular width. I wear a size 10 and that is what I bought. At first I thought maybe I should have bought 9.5 wide because my heels were slipping. After breaking them in just a few hours my heels stopped slipping and they are molding to my feet. I believe I got the right size. Unless you have a very wide foot, I'd advise not to buy wide. I have large calves, if yours are thin, these boots might be too roomy in the shaft. Shipping was very fast. I plan to purchase again , I'm very happy.

Great looking boot! They are a tad narrow in the width even getting the wide width, but I think with a little more breaking-in they will be fine. I normally wear a 6.5 wide and that is what I purchased in the boot. The color and design make this a classic looking boot and I look forward to more wear!

I absolutely love these boots! I was nervous to order offline without trying them on but I got my regular shoe size and they fit perfectly. I haven't got to wear them too much with it being super hot and muggy, but I did wear them a few times. they look super cute with jeans, sundresses and shorts. I ordered wide feet and wide calf. My calves aren't necessarily that big, but I like to have room. But I di have wide feet. These are not wide. No way. I struggled, and I mean it, to get in. The space in the neck of the boot is too narrow for me to allow my foot to go in with my ankle still trying to go in. Not sure how to explains, so I hope it makes sense. I managed to go in. Buy then it eas compressing my foot at the top, but extremely loose on my calves. I thought these would be perfect. Well not for me. Returning and still looking.

I have an older pair of black Ariat Heritage Boots and was looking for something in brown. These boots are perfect! The brown is just right and the design is pretty cool. I've found these Ariat boots to be the most comfortable boots around.

Absolutely love these boots! Very short break-in period. They are very comfortable, even after wearing them for 10-12 hours at a time. I ordered a size 10 (my normal shoe size) and the fit great. I bought these boots for myself. They look just like the picture and are very comfortable. I got a size B and it was a little narrow. Once I wore the boots they stretched out and were not so tight.

I love these boots. I already had a pair of these boots in black deertan, and wanted red ones. They fit snugly at first, but after a coupleof daystheywerebrokenin andfelt as if I had been wearing them for months. The red color is subtle, not garish, and the leather is supple. Red looks great with blue or black denim. People notice these red boots and I've already heard compliments. I'm wearing them with lightly cushioned socks. These boots are so comfy that if it weren't for the heels, I might mistake them for slippers!

I work at a brewery, so I wear these to work. They're incredible comfortable, and they also look amazing. What more can you ask for? Also great for dressing up or down, and going out! It's a great alternative to heels (especially in Texas) as heels can be uncomfortable sometimes. Be sure to break them in first though!

bought these boots for my 81 yr old grandfather. he was completly impressed with the genuine calfskin lining and complemented on how amazing they felt and how easily his foot slid into the boot. he was impressed how they looked like the original cowboy boots but the bison leather would last him for many many years.

These boots are incredibly comfortable and they fit perfectly! I have wide feet, size 8.5 and I ordered a pair of normal 8.5 (not wide ones!) and they fit exactly how it was said they should fit. They only took about 4 hours to stretch out as well! The only thing I'd suggest is wear high socks, because I wore ankle socks and after walking in the boots for a few hours, they rubbed uncomfortably against my heels. Other than that, they're beautiful and definitely worth the money!

These boots feel great! This is my first time purchasing Ariat boots. When I first put them on, I was worried that they'd be to small, but after an hour of wearing them, they stretched to fit. After wearing them for the day, I was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable they still felt. I love the cushiony feel of the footbed and they feel very sturdy. I've only had them a week and I still have to break them in, but I'm sure that they will feel even better and more comfortable as time goes on.

I’ve always been reluctant to order cowboys due to my wide calves, but I’m SO glad I went for these. I love how they look and feel. They’re pretty snug width-wise, but I just received them this afternoon and will definitely wear them around the house with thick socks to get them molded to my feet + a boot stretcher. I have wide feet and am between a 6.5 and 7- I decided on the 6.5C w/ wide calf and I’m glad I did, I think 7’s would’ve definitely felt too big as I do have for a good amount of toe wiggle room now and some heel movement. Overall 10/10, My only ask is to offer more color options for wide calves!

I have bunions which means I usually have to wear shoes with a wider toe bed to not have a lot of foot discomfort or swelling. These boots in a wide work great for me, my bunions are not huge but they don’t feel too wide in the other areas of my foot and the arch support is excellent for my feet. I usually wear a 10 and I ordered a 10 wide with a regular calf and they fit perfectly. I’m really excited to wear them. This is my first Ariat purchase. Lastky, the leather smells really good and feels good to touch.

I normally wear cowboy boots only when I visit my mom's cattle ranch. These boots, however, I've worn out in the city. I love them. I've had a pair of Ariat shoes with laces for years that are very comfortable and look sort of "oxford-like". The boots are the same -- with the same appeal, quality and comfort. The more you wear them the better they look. Receive at least one complement every time I wear them. You need both hands to remove.

The boots are amazing! The only reason I gave it one less star is because the insoles are super thick!! I couldn’t even get my foot in and I was so disappointed because I loved the boots and I have trouble finding cowboy boots as it is because my calves are so thick. Anyways I figured out I can remove the insoles and replace them with a thin pair I bought at Steve Madden. My calves are 17” and I bought the wide calf option and I still have room in them! I couldn’t be happier! I wore them to a 2 day country music festival this past weekend and my feet didn’t hurt either! Highly recommend these boots and if you can’t get your foot in when you get your pair, just know you can remove the insoles! PS shipping to Canada is a breeze with sheplers- boots came next day no duties! I’ll always buy my boots from Sheplers.

The stitching on the toe of one of the boots was dark, could barely make it out. Could not see it at all when it was on, just looked like a dark brown boot.

Really happy with this purchase! I live in remote north queensland, australia, where it takes forever to get anything posted and to have these boots arrive in a week and a half was fantastic! already looking at another pair to add to the collection!

Great color and look, but extremely stiff and runs very small. get a size larger than what u normally wear. not ready to wear comfy at all and I got the B width, wayyy too narrow and I have smaller feet.

These boots are both stylish and comfortable, but I have not worn them enough to comment on their durability. I have one suggestion for future buyers. I generally take a size 7 or 8, so I decided to order the boots in a 7.5. It turns out that I should have ordered a size 7. Even though the boots are not as snug as I would like, they still fit well.

I would totally recommend these to anyone who's looking for boots that will never go out of style and will last for ever! For sure one of the best large investments I've made in quiet some time!

I love them. They are even better in person. My only complaint is that they run a tad bigger than I thought they would. An 8 usually fits great, but these feel more like an 8.5. I'm still keeping them though. I adore the color and design.

I read all the review's before ordering this boot. Too bad the reviews did not state if the customer ordered a wide boot or not. I am a sneaker size 9 1/2 wide. So after reading the reviews. I ordered a 9 1/2 WIDE. TOO BIG. My foot slid all the way down the boot and my heal did not even sit in the heal. I sent them back for a 8 1/2 Wide. The boot was too wide, but the right size for length. I think with the R toe this makes a difference when ordering a boot. I did like the padding for the inside of the boot, it felt comfy. I did not like the seem in the inside of the boot. There should be a liner in the boot to hide this and make it comfortable for your skin to rub on. I was disappointed to pay this much for a boot and for it not have a liner in it. Otherwise I would have kept the boot, but instead ordered for the 3rd time, a 8 1/2 (not wide) boot.

I love these boots as they are very comfortable and have great arch support. Compared to another pair of boots, these have lasted much longer, and are still very sturdy even after nearly a year of use.

Love these boots, a great basic that go with everything. I wear them all the time!
