I bought my 1st pair of ariets in 1996 and I still have them, my husband just bought me my second pair, I love these boots

Little stiff but break in quickly. I’ve owned these before and they lasted me over 10 years. I can walk or ride for miles without my feet hurting.

The are very conftable to use it all day long. They look nice with different kind of jeans

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband bought me a pair of Heritage Lacer II boots for my birthday. They fit like a glove the first time I put then on. The quality is very good and I love them.

These boots are gorgeous. They’re the exact color of chestnut brown I was hoping for. After one wear to the horse barn the leather started to show some distress but it makes me like them even more. All my Ariats are 8.5 (boots/sneakers/slippers) and these fit true to size and are comfy right out of the box. Great for riding and working and fit well under my half chaps. I almost want a second pair to wear outside the barn I love them so much!

these boots felt good from day one. I have worn them daily for two years. I am buying anpther pair. I ride a motorcycle and ride long hours. Myfeet are happy.

These are well made comfortable boots. Mine were very distressed looking and had uneven color when I received them. After a 3-4 heavy polishes, they are nicely colored and even. I bought 1/2 size larger than I typically wear to accommodate a heavy sock. I have to be careful to not lace the lowest three eyelets on the top of my foot too tightly because it is not necessary with the fit of the rest of the boot and will make your foot over a long day.

Since 1996 I have worn through 4 pair of these boots. I currently have two pair for daily use. My feet are a littlebit narrow and theseboots fit betterthan any similarbootfrom any manufacturer.My only regret is that I cannot get another pair like the first that I bought. Those boots were an open finished pigskin (similar to the open finish of the current Heritage distressed brown). After a few scuffs, I dyed them (originally a 'desert camo' color) to a very nice uniform black. The most important feature to that pair was the pigskin leather. Pigskin breathes better and is softer than cowhide. Unlike the cowhide boots, which require a break-in period, the pigskin was soft enough to require almost no break-in. Yet, pigskin wears as tough as their cowhide counterparts. I would love to see the Ariat company manufacture the Heritage and possibly the Heritage III Lace in an occasional (every two to four years) limited production run.For price and durability, I cannot imagine a better boot (cowhide or pigskin) for hanging over a motorcycle's foot pegs.

Unlike my first pair of these which I bought many, many years ago, these are a lot more stiff and require breaking in. But so far they seem to be of the same quality and if so, will last a long time even with daily wear. The price is definitely fair and the size is true to fit.

I love to wiggle my toes, but most women's shoes are too narrow, so I usually buy a half size larger. It was a joy to find these C width boots to fit my slender ankles and wide toes. So comfortable, perfect fit, right out of the box they felt broken in after only an hour. I will wear them for pioneer reenactment. Thank you!

I'm now wearing my third pair black Heritage Lacer boots. I bought my first pair of the natural leather color boots bymail order 5 years ago and Istill havethem.I wearmyblack Lacers everyday,for everypossiblepurpose. I only wish someone in my area kept them in stock. Most comfortable Lacer for working on concrete floors, riding or even casual nights out.

Stylish and comfortable boot. Fits according to size and did not need any breaking in. This boot is great for riding, hiking, or just going to the grocery store.

I have a pair of the same style boots that are 20 years old. I still wear them for working jobs, but they are still so great I can’t let go. I just got a new pair as I can wear them with anything doing anything. I have worn them with dresses and have had so many compliments!! These boots are perfect for riding as well. I would recommend any Ariat boot to anyone. This style is still my favorite. I am thinking about buying another pair for backup. The boot is above and beyond expectations. Order your regular size and you won’t be sorry.

Unfortunately, these boots are not really a C and I had to return them. I measured the sole width and did the same for my old Ariat Heritage IV RT lace-ups that were a size B, and the old Bs were slightly wider! Very disappointed.

This boot totally rocks. I wear a size 11W and they fit comfortably. I’m so glad I made this purchase. Thank you Ariat.

I bought my first Ariat boots in 1995 and had them 10 years before I had to get new ones only because I finally wore the soles out. The second pairlasted just about as long,Andyes I wear them every day. Mythird pair is still going strong. I am purchasing a pair of steel toe boots for work. I highly highly recommend these boots.

I bought these for my aunt (lifetime Western trail rider with--gasp--NO INTERNET... yes, stil!), and she loved them. They look great and were comfy right out of the box, even though she is hard to fit. She has some foot issues, so the boots had to offer real support and not just have a heel (for safe riding) and look cute. In fact, she doesn't care at all whether they look cute, but I'm here to report that they look GREAT! Other plusses for my aunt were the boots' lace-up style, which means if her ankles swell up, she can adjust the tightness of the boots around her ankles, and also the heel, which is not too high and not "cut-in" at the back. After having both hips and both knees replaced, she wants as much sole on the ground as she can get. I hope this review is helpful. I'm really tempted to buy a pair of these for myself, but I can't justify it! Drat!

This boot is great for dancing with the ladies!

The medium is narrower than Ariat pull on Heritage Ropers which I love because they fit my foot perfectly Like a glove. But the lace ups seem to be a little longer.

I normally wear an 8 in my boots. These are extremely big even with thick socks, so I recommend a size down.

I gave this score because it’s true. Also I use this boots for work for riding. And for events too even their all scratched and everything but I really love this boots. I have had these boots for the past 4 years. Their the best boots they are really comfortable. I like how they have for the soles of the all day cushion.

I have worn Ariat Lacer boots for 20+ years and have loved them. These new ones are terribly stiff and uncomfortable!! The lining in the shaft is the problem. My old ones had leather for lining. They must be using this no because they are using a poorer quality leather these days. So disappointing!!
