Very comfortable, perfect rise for me. I am a bit thicker in the middle so, I prefer a mid/ lower rise. These hit me just below my belly button and do not feel tight. The fit from the waist down is good too, not baggy and stretch just enough to feel comfortable.

One of the rivets fell off first wash. I had already had them shortened or it would have been easy to replace. Ariat sent out a replacement, but I decided I didn't love them enough to go through the trouble (and money) of having them shortened again so I sent the new ones back. They look great, but they aren't super soft on the inside. And even though they are tight, I keep having to pull them up. So they are fine for a couple hours for a night out, but wouldn't want to wear them all day. And I was looking for a pair to wear to work...but these would drive me nuts all day between not being soft and the pull-up factor. Maybe they will need breaking in..?

I wish these came in a long. They are much too short which looks odd, plus they get ‘stuck’ on my calves. The right leg is slightly twisted. My main issue is the extra material in front, it looks like a kangaroo pouch. They are cute and fit well through the waist, hip and thigh. I probably should have returned them.

Sized up based on reviews and these were just too big. I probably should've sized down. Sorry to say these didn't work for me. For reference, I'm 5'3", 115 lbs., petite build. I'm normally a size 27, but ordered a 28, and they were too big, probably could've got away with a 26. Hope this helps.

5'2", 120lbs. Have never been a fan of skinnies because of all the stretch. First ordered ARIAT jeans when I searched for no stretch jeans and LOVE them! So, I decided to give their skinnies a try. These are exactly what I wanted. They are so comfortable and maintain their shape. I wish they came in short length, but I cuff them anyway. I will now only wear ARIAT jeans!! Thank you!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love these jeans! Went for the skinny because I have skinny legs, but started to put on a little weight. They fit great, but they do loosen up after a wear, so you might actually want to go down a size. I feel like the legs are still pretty baggy, but they are definitely well made, sturdy jeans.

First of all, the fade is much more than in the photo on the pair of jeans I received....not what I was going for. Second, I'm usually a 28 in ariat jeans. I had a baby so ordered 29 in a boot leg and 30 in these skinny jeans. The 29 fits great with a little extra room to spare even....but these at two sizes bigger were uncomfortably tight just at the waistband, everywhere else fit perfect. Just annoyed the sizing is screwy.

I absolutely adore Ariat jeans! I made the mistake of ordering a size up from what I normally wear because that is what I do with skinny jeans. However, I wish I didn’t, these skinny jeans are stretchy in the best way! Honestly, I think I could get away with ordering down two sizes because that is how stretchy they are!

Great fitting, horrible smelling. Smelled so bad I had to keep them outside for 2 days! Still reeks. Thinking it's the dye. There is a major problem with these jeans.

Flattering, well made jeans that felt like a slightly thinner material than other Ariat styles. I tried the regular length since that's all that was available, and they were too short for me (I'm 5'10") so I had to return them. Would have probably kept a tall. They do fit snugger than other styles, but that was expected.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They fit great. Always have trouble with the bottom if skinny jeans sticking out and not being close to my leg and these passed the test! Not to mention they are super comfy and actually mid rise.

I am 5'6", 128 lbs. So far, every pair of Ariat jeans I've purchased in a size 28 regular has fit perfectly! This style is super cute and comfortable. Nice stretch to the fabric but still a snug, skinny fit. Perfect with my Sperry boat shoes and a cardigan! Nice dark finish with enough shading on the thigh area to give some contrast.

Originally I purchased these skinny jeans in my usual 27R, I had to send them back as they were to tight. The replacement pair (29R) fit much better albeit a little loose in the waist, nothing the dryer and a belt can't fix. Moral of the story, order a size larger than you usually wear. Also, as others have mentioned, the fading is much more distinct than displayed in the website photos. I'm sure this will soften over numerous wash-cycles. I would have preferred these to be a much more consistent colour though which is why they only get a 4-star rating.

The fit of the jean is good at the waist (true to size) but probably 3 inches too long. Like other reviews I agree they should make a regular or long selection for the fit. My biggest criticism is that these are more of a straight leg fit. Skinny jeans should be fitted or snug at the angle and you should have to practically turn them inside out to get them off. These have inches at the ankle so the cut is not at all like the picture.

These are by far my favorite jeans! Fit perfectly in all the right spots and they have a good clean look.

I was a little disappointed in these jeans. What I really want is a jeggings type of thing, but I can't seem to find them. These jeans look like they might be short which I liked. I normally turn up my straight leg jeans anyway, but I had to turn these up twice. They are probably 3 inches or 4 inches too long on me. I am 5'3". I really wanted to love these, but sadly I am returning. The denim does seem nice. It is a tad thicker than some of the others which I appreciated. I ordered a 27 because in some of the mid rise, I feel like I need a smaller size, but these are way too small. A 28 might have worked, but they would have been baggy in the leg and butt.

(Ends up being a little lower mid rise on me which I love) great length. Could be slightly tighter below calf but overall great jean! My current favorite.

The fit is awful so baggy pockets in back go down your legs. And around the pelvic area is so baggy can’t wear them. I have the perfect rise skinny jeans and they are awesome!

Fit is a little snug but then they are "skinny jeans." Whatever the material is, it is different than normal Ariat jeans... even disregarding the stretch. This material is a pet hair magnet! Be prepared to spend some time removing fuzz and hair before going out into public.

This specific pair is my favorite because it can ve worn with casual shoes the same as with your boots (on the outside) For reference I wear 9/10 on other brands, I am 150 lbs and 5' height (rolled them lol)

I love the style and color of these skinny jeans, however, they need to be a little more stretchy.

These jeans have a beautiful dark denim color with white pronounced stitching. I've worn and washed them several times and the color has stayed true. They do seem to shrink up a little once dries though so if you want them to stay true to size then definitely don't dry them. I also noticed after drying them that the outseam seemed to shrink up some, but not too bad. love the interior waist band that has stars around it and the waist stays up all day. You don't have to worry that they will sag by the end of the day. These do have enough stretch at the ankle seam to be able to get them off easily and roll them up if you want to. I wish that Ariat offered more skinny jeans like these in many more colors!

I have to buy these a size bigger than my normal size, fyi. But once you get the right size, they fit great and wear wonderfully. They're long for my average length legs (5'6" tall) but look cute cuffed. This is my second pair of these, they lasted me about two years (double the longevity of 'regular' jeans).

Absolutely love these jeans. I ordered a size larger than usual, so I got size 32. I am so happy I did. The fit is great, much better than what I expected. I m 5.7 and they r a bit longer for how I like to wear them, but that will be an easy to fix. I really recommend these jeans. The material and the cut are great.
