[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These shoes are the most comfortable work shoes I have owned. No breaking-in necessary. I can wear them all day on concrete and dirt and my feet feel great, both feet and ankles supported. The design is classic and it looks amazing. I highly recommend.

I I love these boots so much until I got these they are now even though I ordered ordered a wide.. and to get different pair I had to send them back and pay for a second pair of them and wait for a credit..hey didn't just exchange them. And pair 6 now , still to narrow, even at 1/2 size larger. I compared the soles of my old ones with these new ones and indeed they are making them narrower they are not as wide as all four of the pair that I had before and that's ridiculous if these are made in the US why are they not even making them white anymore It isn't like we got narrower feet somehow. If I could give them a zero star I would. extremely disappointed, The shoe repair store said they can't even stretch them out because the the leather is too thin

Bought this pair as a replacement to pair purchased just a year ago. The boots separated at the heel. Worn only 1-2 times per week Very disappointed.

Not satisfied with quality. This is the same boot model purchased several years ago. The last pair was perfect! Quality leather, solid construction...it doesn't look like they are being made the same way anymore since there are glued layers of leather on the tongue and the treated leather exterior has a thinner leather used and a high polish, not like the leather that was waxable all these years. Will be returning since at this price it is not worth it.

Good quality. Started with the zip up style tan a little small and were tight over the top. No hassle exchange for a pair of lace up style. Problem solved. Would recommend.

I have reached an age where I refuse to wear uncomfortable shoes. I wanted a pretty sturdy shoe to wear out. This boot does it for me. This is a beautiful and comfortable boot.

I have had these brown Ariat paddock boots for almost 4 years and they have been magnificent! They are very comfortable and hold up to lots of wear and tear. I am NOT nice to my paddock boots -- I do everything in them: mucking stalls, I ride in them, turn out horses in the mud, hike through muddy pasture etc, wear them to get coffee and then the rest of the day because I'm too lazy to change shoes... They have held up GREAT! I do clean & polish them every now and again when they get really dirty. Recently, the leather finally did start to crack at the bend in the toe and at the tongue under the laces so I have replaced them with the exact same style. Mind you, I am saving my new pair until I truly walk through the old ones. I hope Ariat will always makes these, they are my favorite barn shoes EVER.

I have a narrow foot and ankle. These give me a decent fit with hiking/boot socks. I tried a number of other styles/brands and this is the best I've found so far, but I'm not thrilled with the boot. First, the leather does not feel like real (probably "bonded") because it's not conforming to my foot as real leather would. Second, there's a little cushion with the insole and but it's really not comfortable to walk in for long. After a couple hours in the stirrup I was wishing for extra padding. Unfortunately, the Heritage doesn't live up to its reputation, especially at this price point. These feel and look like the cheap entry level boots. Maybe past versions were better quality?

The shoe is uncomfortable and hasn’t broken in after over a month of wearing them daily. The lining on the heel which is supposed to be for “comfort” is made of some weird material that leaves blisters on heels. I am forced to buy some heel paddings and spend even more money. I cannot believe o spent so much on these shoes I expected better quality. After a week of wearing them literally to just walk, the leather gets chipped! Aren’t these boots meant for people working and horseback riders? They can’t even withstand someone walking! I’m so sad I spent so much money on a pair of shoes that causes pain and discomfort. The only nice thing I can say about them is that they’re pretty. But not for long with how easily they scuff and chip. Very very very disappointed and feel as though I’ve wasted my money.

I've been trying to find a pair of paddock boots that will fit me and be comfortable after three surgeries to correct bunions. These came closer than anything else, and if the C fitting came in brown, I probably would have kept them. But since they weren't quite right, and it didn't, back they went.

They are very comfortable and made well. Very happy with this purchase!

Hoping Ariet's Paddock bootes were comparable in fit and comfort I ordered a pair. The result? My feet love them and if they do, I do!

I have been looking for a good reliable English Paddock boot and I came across these and they are absolutely perfect. They have good support and are very comfortable to wear! I have wider Ankles and feet so normally I wear a size 10, but purchased an 11. I am glad I got the bigger size because I have more room when wearing socks. Thank you so much!

Excellent boots. Ordered mine about a year ago so I have waited to write a review. First let me say how pleased I am for those of us with wide feet that we can order our true size and not live in agony. Held up extremely well, little wear to soles. Lacing great. Been in mud, rain, GGT, dry. All conditions. Will order another pair most definitely.

I have trouble finding boots to fit my wide feet (7.5 wide), but these were pretty comfortable out of the box. After a short break-in period & I was able to wear them all day without any problem. The sole seems kind of thin on rocky ground, but overall I am happy with my boots!

I absolutely love my Ariat Heritage IV Paddock Boots! There was no breaking them in, just put them on and go. I've had them for 3 years now and they're still as good as new!

classic stylish comfortable supportive built to last built for purpose

My last pair were the Heritage 3 Paddock Boots, which I only replaced because the toe seam on both boots popped. The theme popping was not a quality issue, but a size issue. I decided to go up to the wide size in these boots. They really stand up to a lot of wear and tear as I wear them most days often for many hours working on various things around the barn. Great in the saddle or on the ground. I expect to replace these with the next generation of Heritage Paddock Boots that are available whenever these give out, which I don’t expect to be anytime soon. All the quality I expect from Ariat.

I am also very pleased with the color, which looks great with both riding attire and casual fashions. I highly recommend them and couldn't ask for a better paddock boot.

These are great for beginners they don't scuff too much, nice shiny leather (not as nice quality), seemed easy to break in, and are well-ventilated (not waterproof). I didn't end up getting these due to the laces being very thin, not having comfortable insole (would recommend putting in a nicer one), and being too large in the ankle that when I lace up there wasn't enough room to make them any tighter. Which would suck once the leather expands and conforms to my foot. I could maybe have done the 8.5 but I have very long narrow feet. Still a great boot if you're not looking for anything fancy with still good quality.
