My son was able to wear the coat just over a sweatshirt and felt nice and warm even walking in the cold North Eastern winds. It was hard to find a coat that would be big enough for him, and this one fit him very nicely. Sherpa lining was a bonus to this coat to help keep him warm!

How do the hood drawstrings work? It is just a single bead that is loose on the string.

I love this jacket! It's very warm and easy to work in but does not have the zippered hand pockets like the description says.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this jacket. The sleeves are long enough for a taller guy but not too long and they are articulated so it's easy to work in. Tough enough for a day out working but good looking enough to wear to a nice dinner at the end of the day.

What in the world is going on with the Front Pocket? In each of these pictures the front pocket and logo are in 3 different positions: 1. pocket right-side and logo right-side, 2. pocket right-side and logo left-side, and 3. pocket left-side and log left-side.

Why is the zipper pocket on the right side of the coat? needs to be on the left side like your other coats

Pictures make this jacket look much more orange than it does in real life. Fit is good and materials seem of high quality, just a little disappointed that the jacket is really more brown in all types of light than the rich orange color that seems to be shown on every website. Would probably have chosen a different color even with the higher cost.

Overall a nice combo of warmth and roominess. I ordered a size XXL Tall. Really helped to make the bottom a little longer. Sleeves could stand to be an inch longer tho. Nice and soft from the start. So far seems to be good quality. Hope it lasts me for a few years. Also not a huge thing but the hood has a nice shape and doesn’t stay down in your eyes. Fits well. Hope this helps!

My husband LOVES his new Rebar DuraCanvas Jacket for work on our farm, horseback riding on wintery trails in Northern Minnesota and quick trips in to town. Well constructed from durable fabric. Interior pocket is secure for his wallet while the two exterior pockets are more for hands than for valuables. The sherpa lining is surprisingly warm though the jacket is lighter weight-- just perfect for someone who is on the go in the COLD and wants to look good doing it! Hood fits over a helmet. Duracanvas blocks the wind. I sized up a bit for layering underneath. He is 5 foot 7 and 175 pounds wearing a size 40 regular suit. I purchased the Navy in a size Large. Nice color. Great looking comfortable jacket.

I don't believe it will keep you warm in temperatures below 20's that being said you would think it's a winter coat it's more a sub cool jacket. Fit was fine. Went with a larger size to accommodate layers. Material seems like it could hold up. It's not an extreme fabric so I'm not sure how long it'll hold up in construction.

Superior jacket for someone in the trades, especially if you are constantly working between indoor and outdoor environments. You will not be disappointed with this jacket! Highly recommend!

We invested in the whole DuraCanvas insulated line and love it. The coat fits well over the vest and bibs for a great winter work wear set.
