THIS is what 4E width boots are supposed to be like - AND- the fit big calves!!! FINALLY a boot that doesn't have be completely hand made to fit folks who have large feet and need comfortable boots made to keep up with all day work. Great soles too! Out of around 20 different boots, various brands, these were the most comfortable, from the very first wearing. They also offered the most features being shock resistant and internally waterproof. Smooth leather outer lower and upper takes Boot Barn leather conditioner and spray water proofer without any discoloration, darkening or hazy buildup. True broad square toe box that lets your toes spread naturally. Stable but flexible where it counts. No pinching on the top of the foot at all when crouched down. Grippy tread pattern with easy to clear lugs. I usually replace my insoles with a higher arch but the ones that come with these boots feel good. Easy on and off but without any slop or annoying heel slippage when walking running or jumping. Quality construction and obvious attention to design and workmanship. These feel and look great. More than work boots. They have become my daily go to over all other shoes and boots I own. I am normally an 11 in Keen hiking boots and a 10.5 in sneakers and 10 in Birkenstock. Narrow feet but prefer shoes with wide toe boxes. Cowboy boots are an entirely different animal to properly fit. These 9.5EE with the Broad Square Toe were perfect for me. Like all other cowboy boots, expect to run a smaller size than your regular kicks.
