To measure a child's hat size, wrap a tape measure around the head 1/2" above the ears and across the forehead. Compare that measurement to the "sizes in inches" listed below. If you are unsure of head measurement, it is best to order big. If the hat size you purchase is slightly larger than needed, foam hat tape can be inserted under the sweatband to provide a better fit. Sizes in inches: S(20.9"), M(21.3"), L(21.7"), XL(22").

    i am very happy with this purchase, the hat is great quality. Postage was super quick to Australia. It would be better if there were more photos and exact sizing information. There were no photos of the inside or back of the hat, and it was very difficult to choose what size i needed. Maybe a note on the bottom of the description saying 'fits head size 52 - 58 cm' or the equivalent in inches.

    Felt Hats - Keep your hats dust free. We recommend a soft bristle brush for cleaning felt hats. Always brush with the nap in a counter clockwise motion. Ordinary dust marks and smudges may be removed with a hat cleaning sponge. To store your hat, we recommend keeping it in a hat box. Always place the hat upside down on its crown to avoid affecting the shape of the brim. Felt hats were not intended to be worn in the rain. However, if a hat does get wet, flip the sweatband outward and set the hat upside down on its crown to allow it to dry naturally.
