This bracelet is super sparkly and I still like it however I had to return mine because it was missing so many rhinestones. The package wasn't damaged and it arrived nicely in bubble wrap but unfortunately I was still sent a broken bracelet.

Bracelet in the store was missing 3 rhinestones so I ordered online. They still sent me the bracelets from the store after all, that was missing rhinestones. So I had to give my daughter a damaged bracelet for Christmas because nobody in the store would help to find another one but merely suggested to reorder online and I couldn’t find it. I didn’t appreciate this at all. The other thing was that as soon as I ordered it, I realized my PayPal had my old address. I immediately emailed the customer service and when they finally got back to me late that evening they said I should have emailed sooner and they could’ve sent it to the correct address. I don’t know how much sooner I could have emailed them. The whole thing was messed up
