Ordered boots for my husband for Christmas! Was a perfect fit for him and a great style choice.

Was very disappointed with the product that was sent to me! Went to the boot barn in Englewood Colorado and ordered the Tony lama boot’s online from the store. When I went to pick up my order the boots were in a generic boot barn box which surprised me because the last time I ordered Tony lamas from the barn they were in a Tony lama box factory fresh packaging. The boots this time were obviously used, the sole was worn heavily and the insoles were dirty! They should’ve never been shipped! !On the flip side, the employees were great and the manager immediately returned my money. So I rated the boots I received a one because there was nothing lower, and the employees I dealt with a 10+

Bought new boots at the store. Checked them out, but didn’t try on, as I know my size in this boot. Upon further inspection at home, they definitely weren’t in brand new condition and came with an unoriginal box, no tags, and plenty of pet hair stuck to the insole. Luckily the boots are handsome. Lesson learned.

Ordered 2 pairs of boots and both were used boots with wear and tear on bottom soles and sold as new boots. Very disappointed!!
