My husband loved these Thorogood boots, he stepped out of his comfort zone and decided to try something other than redwings and he wasn’t disappointed. Definitely a great product super comfortable and stylish.

I bought these boots because I wanted a durable, USA-made pull on boot for general farm/garden chores. The leather especially in the shank is pretty well broken in right out of the box. The leather around the foot is stiff. That's a good thing because you want it to protect your foot. My only complaint is that the boot is really roomy for my skinny feet. On one side the length is just right, even a little short, and my heel still slips up and my feet rattle around in the boots. I am used to lace-ups and I expected this to happen somewhat but it's worse than I expected. I slipped a thin insole inside the boot underneath the factory insoles to help fix this problem a little bit.

Returned after my husband wore them for less than 8 hours. No ankle support.
