I love love love the boots. I ordered online with no issues. They arrived actually a day earlier than they said they would. I was very pleased with service considering I tried another store first and they allow me to order and then turn around and tell me my purchase was on back order (a waste of time). So the service here was wonderful. The boot look just like it does in the picture and I absolutely love them. I normally wear a size 10 in regular shoes and always get us half size smaller in my boots. They fit perfect and very comfortable. I will be wearing them all the time.

Everyone loved these boots, they are very attractive. My granddaughter said they are too tight and insisted that I take them off of her immediately. The ball of her foot was at the widest part of the boot for a recommended fit, but she said they were too tight. I called Sheplers and they are going to send me a return label.

I paid for them with credit card on Nov 20. Still haven’t received the boots. So I had to go to another site to buy a set of boots I received them in to 3 or 4 days. Buying set from y’all was a waste of money.
